i just moved in a new apartment and money is tight, but i did save $100 dollars for valintines day, and i want her to feel real special, within the 100 50 of it is reserved to take her somewhere nice to eat, so from a mature womans point of view what else could i do to make her feel real special?

I was fired a over a year ago from a department store at the mall because I talked back to my manger (this was a new manager who had cut my hours down to 8 hours a week). I had always been able to add hours to my schedule with the other managers because they knew I was a good worker. This new b**** didn't want to hear it though. I was having trouble consentrating on my work that night (but why would I , after all I was going to make 56 dollars that week before taxes, wow). I kept asking her for more hours and we kinda got into it and I said something I shouldn't have, not profanity, but she didn't take it well and fired me on the spot. It went on record as gross misconduct and I was forbidden from entering the store for life. I usually meet my dates at the mall for coffee and some of them want to walk around the mall and talk. It's a good safe way to spend time together too. However, I have had some who wanted to go into the store that I worked at and well I can't go in.

Well, I met this girl on myspace. She's perfect. We get along great, we love each other and things are great. We just started to talk on the phone and there are SOME awkward pauses. We've managed to laugh about it but I'd rather we didn't have awkward pauses. Any advice?????

I like this boy, we'll call him... Chad? Me and Chad became really close this year, as friends. A little while ago my friend told him that I liked him. He stopped talking to me and would always seem uncomfortable when we made eye contact. I missed hanging out with him so much! Noticing what happend to our relationship, I told him we were just joking around and it was a dare. We became friendly again. Only problem is I still like him.

So does he like me and feel awkward or does he not want me to like him and ignore me until I don't..?

OK so I am really struggling with the fact that I have some instinct that my boyfriend (dating a little more than a year)may be cheating on me. I have read all the websites about cheating and he does not fit any of the criteria. We still spend a lot of time together, he is sexually interested and still very complimentary and insistent on spending time with me. A few weeks ago I found that he had a reservation at an exclusive restauarant and asked him about it he was like oh that was for you and I and now you have ruined the surprise. Now when I ask him about if we are going next week he kind of kids with me and is like well maybe.... HMM I think that his kind of wierd. Other than that I can't think of anything else except for my gut. I do have trust issues from the past but people do always say to go with your gut.

Ok, there is this girl at my school that I like, but I haven't asked her out yet. In addition to that tommorrow is Valentine's day. I don't know exactly what to do, for V-day is probably my best chance. She's great but I haven't asked her out yet because I'm not 100% sure of a yes, seeing how rejection sucks. he says he sure as hell doesnt like me. so, im under the impression he doesnt. but all myfriends say he does.

he's drawn me a few pictures, asks to sits next to me at feild trips and says to sit near him in bus rides, says im his BFF, (best friend forever), i call him every once in a while but he never calls me. when he got me to laugh he was very pleased with himself, he says "hey" in the hallways, and hangs out with me and a group of my friends before advisory starts, he invites me over every weekend and when a group of friends go to the movies he always comes and asks to sit next to me. and when i told him i might have to move he said he didnt want me 2.

OK, I am reading this book and it says you should not contact him for 60 days.

I really do think I am going to fail, but I am going to give it a go becasue they say it will help clear my head and it sounds like a good idea. I am worried it will fill my head full of more rubbish, and it will hurt more.

Any advise? Has anyone done this?
