I think that maybe you should take it slow, enjoy hanging out with each, there are so many things you can do for fun at that age.You don't have to jump in with the kissing and things, you have plenty of time for that as you get older and more mature. Right now your experiencing what they call puppy love, and that's the normal age for boys to start noticing girls and vice-versa.If the subject comes up, give him a nice kiss on the cheek.I can't honestly advise anything stronger, because I think your young and should enjoy your life,realize that a kiss can lead to other things,and I don't believe that at that age you are emotional ready for that, and shouldn't be. No, I don't think it's too soon. Anyways you're both still kids, and a simple kiss doesn't make it a big deal. But heres advice from someone who knows...don't rush into things.

i had my first kiss when i was 12, but dont let things happen too quick b\c u dont want to make a wrong decision that will haunt you for the rest of your life
