Singles & Dating - 13 February 2007

i'm 27 and im a quiet person who does hobbies. So after my work that ends at 5pm, i like to go back home and relax. In the weekends i just relax and do some studying or hobbies.

There are no girls in my job, and i don't just mean girls that could become my girlfriend. I'm not asking for that. I just hope there were girls to interact with, because the only females there are are not attractive, or they are mothers, and women in their 40's , 50's.

So, how in the world can i ever have contact with girls with this life style?

1. stares and is always lookin into my eyes!
2. always teasing me or joking with me.
3. if im not paying attention he always trys to get my attention
4. always finding a reason to touch me or talk to me!
5. what ever i ask him to do for me he does it
6. he asked me if he should cute his hair and i told him not to i told him it was cute like it is! and he never cute it!
7. hes just alway flirting with me!
8. and all my friends tell me they can tell he likes me or something cuz they know how he acts around me!
but the thing is he slept with this other girl! and after i found out he ignored me that whole day and acted like he didnt even know me but hes finally starting to act like he usually does in front of me! what do yall think hes doing? does he ike me or that girl he slept with?

What if say i got an online only gf and at the same time had a real life gf you can say what you want but its not like my rlgf would ever find out.

I've been going out with my bf for over 6 months. Yesterday we were on the phone and he seemed particularly not talkative so i asked him whats wrong. At first he was saying nothing is wrong but then he said "i was just thinking about what if we're not meant to be together... what would you do?" He didn't know why he thought about it when I asked him. After he said that he just acted normal, like nothing happened. And then today he is acting all distant kind of, i dont know how to describe it, although he acts like nothing happened. I'm just not sure what to think anymore. We had a "perfect" relationship up to this point, he was EXTRA! excited for valentines day and how special its gona be so this is so confusing to me.. Does anybody have any ideas on what this could mean? Is he like leading to breaking up with me? ...THANKS so much for your input (i will definitely ask him whats going on but i just want to know what others think the reason behind him saying that is)

well i like this guy at school and i told my friends i like him and my friend sam said she told him i like him and he said cool and then she said she didnt tell him ...and then she said again someone eles told him iam confused but...in class he always sits in this one seat always and so do i he sits two isles away from me in study hall. and i think its weird b/c he sat in his normal seat and then looked my way and moved to the desk by me..and stuff i thought it was weird ...i dont knwo if he likes me ..my friend says she thinks he does but iam not sure what about u?and i cant give his a valentine tommarow cuz a snow storm came and theres no school tommarow :(

and iam scared to tell him i like him in person.! and if he does like me how could i tell from all this?

Ok, so me and my boyfriend have been dating for over three months now. I had the hardest time buying him a Christmas present...and now its the holiday for love, Valentines day! Honestly, buying gifts for girls on v-day is probably extremely easy, but for the girls getting their boyfriends something...is extremely hard! 3wks ago my b/f was totally nice to me and considerate and he says stuff like, "I'm so crazy about you." Ever since the day after that, he's been really distant, never IMing me or calling or texting me or asking to hang out and then about three days ago, he IMed me while I was idle saying that he said he really had to talk and that something really bad happened but he didn't want to talk about it and he wanted to tell me that he wasn't going to prom anymore (he'd invited me a while back). Then, ever since then, he never talks to me and when I IMed him, he always cut me off saying he was busy. I got tired of him and I told him I needed to talk to him and I that we weren't working out and he said he was thinking the same thing!

Is he a jerk for doing this and why did he act that way?

He's 16 btw, if his age has anything to do with why he acted that way.

U and a couple of freinds including your crush went on a drive in the mountains then after your trip your freinds drove u home and intrusted u with the camera, when looking at the pics on your computer u see the pics of your crush and just get turned on and u think to your self, 'It wouldn't hurt to print a few pics of my crush i meen whos gonna know'. Then u do it and u think that the printer only copyied 1 copy for each pic but actually it copied double and u didn't notice and it remained by the printer. The next day when your freinds including your crush come over to veiw the pics they look by the printer and see only printed pics of your crush and then your crush sees the pics. This happened to me and i was totally ambarrassed cus none of my freinds knew that i liked him nor did he and they began laughing at me. WHAT would u do if this happened

my ex and I broke up almost a month ago,he still cant get over me.And to make matters horrible,he keeps asking me to date him agine.And I already have a boyfriend! I definitely believe that there are some women that are better suited for long term relationships or marriage, and there are some that are more loose and there for no man really respects or would think of committing to them. To me Hispanic women seem to be the more marriage material type then any other women, they seem to be more traditional and enjoy being feminine compared to other women. I’m white and grew up in a town with very few Hispanic women, but about two years ago I moved to Miami for my job and met a wonderful Cuban woman that opened my eyes. She was like no women I ever met before, it was so refreshing to find such a respectful, hard working, sweet, caring, women. I never knew I had so much in common with a women from another background, but we enjoy the same music, movies, TV shows, books, both of us are tall, both are in to being physically fit, both of us are Christian, ect. We are not as different as we thought, In fact I have more in common we her then with white women. We plan on having a traditional loving marriage with a white picket fence and a large family. And for the first time I know I can absolutely trust my partner with being honest and monogamous.

This is just my opinion and experiences but I have noticed guys mentioning the same thing, they tell me all the time when they settle down they want to settle down with a Hispanic women because of their wonderful qualities and can’t see themselves ending up with modern American women cause they just can’t get along with them.

So do you think Hispanic women are better wife material?

Okay, I have this thing for HUGE eyebrows, so this guy I like is really cute but after showing my mom a picture, she said his eyebrows were so bad that he didn't seem like he'd have girls fighting over him. She said it looked like he had a foreign animal growing on his face.

I'm a decent catch, but he's going to PRINCETON next year, so of course I'm self conscious about him being out of my league and so on, but he does show signs of liking me and he thinks I'm super cool and so on.
I like him a lot, but obviously due to my lack of social status (I'm basically Cinderella, 16 but poor and can't drive and not popular, but... I'm pretty and have decent inner qualities) I'm worried about competition, which is legitimate.

So yeah, if a guy is otherwise cute but has the thickest eyebrows ever (about an inch and a half), would that really make him undesirable to most girls? Do girls judge eyebrows that harshly? (I myself have a thing for them)

So I'm 15 and on my schools Formal Dance my girlfriend said she was tired and wanted to go home, so she went home and a went to one of my friends parties. My friend lives on my street but goes to a private school, so I don't know her friends. Anyways, at the party, me and one of her friends hit it off and decided to go back to my house cause my parents leave the last weekend of everyone month for two days.
So all alone at my house, we ended up having sex. It was random and i wasn't expecting it, but we both wanted to so we did. Wow, she just completely blows my gf out of the water. It was so good that I hardly even want to have sex with my gf anymore. Now I'm torn between my relationship, and having sex with the new girl, who comes over to my neighbor's house a lot and wants to hang out with me. help!

So, I guess thats it, he blew me off?
I went out for 4 hours Saturday with this guy just to get to know eachother. We emailed eachother once on Sunday and he called me later that night, but the conversation wasnt very long maybe 40 min. Monday came and went. Now Tuesday evening I emailed him early this afternoon asked how is day was going. You know small chit chat. I have not heard from him at all, not even an email. Part of my family has met him. He thought they were great and was happy to meet them. The only thing is, is I dont wait around for no guy if I dont hear from them. But my family is telling me to just wait and see. I have not heard back from him since Sunday. Not even an email today or a voice message. Valenties day is tomorrow and nothing he doesnt have my address, but I cant help but feel I have been blown off and now I sit here on V-day with no guy. Am I reading to much into this to fast? Me and my gf have been talking about moving in together for a few months. We have been together for 8 months. She has $60,000 in debt. She also has a freeloading brother that has to stay with us(he is 23 and works but does not give $$). She is working hard at 2 jobs to keep herself afloat. I love her but all that plus her chaotic schedule and stressed attitude is not something I like. I have expressed my concerns to her but she blows them off. Now her lease is expiring in a couple of months and she is expecting me to move in to help with the bills. I told her I do not think I can do it after all and she got very upset. Any Adviice?
