So I kind of 'fessed up to this guy whom I'm friends with, and have been for several years, that I use to have feelings for him back in the day, and all he said was, "You don't want to date me". What does that mean?

it means you dont want to date him. he's either a jerk, or a jerk.
stay friends - if the feelings were only back in the day then hopefully it shouldnt be an issue now.
and if he's not a jerk, and he means it because he's insecure, then he needs a friend a lot more than a girlfriend anyway!

I used to do around girls I liked.
I said that "I know she wouldnt date me."
When I did it, the girl I liked would either tell me I'm rightor some would wait and tell me that they would when we were alone.
Anyway, he has feelings still, so that you dont want to date me comment is kind of like mine but hes shocked for he has feelings for you, but you dont feel the same way.
