2MORRO is valentines day and this boy just asked me to be his valentines but i dont like him ... he is so sweet and i dont want to hurt his feelings.... but he is not my type of guy and he is in my class so im goin 2 b seing him alot.... wat should i do?? if i say yes bout bein my valentine does that mean im going out wit him or is it just for a day??? plz help i need 2 noe quick b4 time runs out.....

Uh I do not recall when asking someone to be your valentine meant that you are officially stuck with them forever. Sorry hunny, being his valentine does not mean you're his girlfriend. However, this may lead him on to think that you like him, so he may misconstrue the entire situation. If you don't like him, say you already have one to let him down easily. If you want to be nice and accept his offer, then you better let him know that being his valentine for valentine's day is all you're looking for. Tell him that it's just a friendship kind of thing, not a lover one.

talk to him and tell him that you dont mind being his valentine for the day and that you're willing to spend the day with him..talk it out and put out your limits that way he will know whats what and wont be hurt after the day is over...it will make him feel good and at the same time it will save you the guilty feeling of not rejecting him and only having to go thru it for a day..but the best way to do things is to talk your feelings out and not sit back..tell him what you want and that will keep everything cleared up from the start..hope i helped

I think you should try and ask him if its only for the day. If that doesnt work just tell him you dont want to be his valentine nicely.

Either thank him and decline saying that you think you're going to spend it alone this year...or except...It doesn't mean that you are boyfriend/girlfriend...it might just be a date or a day to not be lonely. Just make sure you clarify with him that you want to be JUST friends. If you make it clear from the start, it will prevent confusion and hurt later.

hey just be nice for the day, you don't want him to go crazy depressed or suffer some type of emotional trauma. Spend V-day with him, get yourself a free lunch/dinner/candy/flowers/gifts, etc... You have nothing to lose. 2 or 3 day later let him know what's up. Let him easy.

im in the same situation but what i plan 2 do 2marrow is tell him sure cuz he's really sweet and funny but i nevr really thought about him that way so i wil just see how it goes becuz i might end up seeing some1 i nevr saw b4
