im just starting to get to know her...just talked about school mostly ..but she smiles and doesn't act like she avoids me...so if i ask so u got a hot date for valentines day?..and if she say no...i can be ur valentines ..(just casually...)and give her high five...(remember this is just saying it casually..as a joke)....any of my stuff good so far as far what to say ? give me suggestions...( i dont want to seriously ask her too soon)

i have been in a relationship with my bf for 8 months, and we haven't slept together yet. because i want to have my first sex on my wedding night, and he promised to respect my decision. but am worried because my friends claimed he must be getting it from someone else since he haven’t bugged me for it.

hey guys. i need ur help.. i just met a girl thats one year younger than me. shes 16 and i am 17 in uthaic h.s. she is in my music class.. i like her becasue of her persona.. i make her laugh. just recently i found out that she has a bf for 1 years already. even though it is heartbreaking to knwo this , i feel that i have to at least try. so is there any suggestions for me to do on v-day without being to obvious. i want to play the mysterious one.. is there any chance for me to suceed. by the way, is white rose better than a red rose when giving it to someone thats in my kind of situation. thanxs for all your help

29 y.o male, Europe.
Never had a girlfriend before, despite getting close but not enough. Like 9-5 jobs, i guess there are limits as to how old you are until you make your start, some say it would never be to late, but i posted this question in hope of getting a series of well grounded practical answers. For instance, its never to late to be a national athlete? try that at 100 years of age and let me know ;). Serisouly though, with finding a first girlfriend, the experience and max. starting age for practicallity etc, does make for a kind of rule that makes it hard to find one? I was told by my brother that if you dont find your first job and girlfriend by 30, chances are you never will, as it gets harder to find your first girlfriend as you get older. Guys and Girls, can all this be validated as true at a social level (in theory its never to late i know, but in practice on this forum for instance)? Thanks in advance all. Education was never earned at college or school.

alright. i've known my friend 4 11 years since we were 5, i haven't seen him 4 the past year cuz i changed schools. but now we're hanging out more, we spent last saturday hiking around. as we walked home he put his arm around my waist & held my hand. I was a bit surprised but ok with it. when we got home he still held my hand, & we sat on the couch he layed his head on my lap, so i stroked his hair. then he sat up & leaned me onto his lap. when he was leaving he gave me a long hug in a "different" way & said he'd call me later. he never did. but 2 wks later i got an email asking me if we were just friends. i know he's not dating & he still "likes" me. is he waiting 4 a better time??? i don't know. he doesn't seem the type 2 cheat or use.

my boyfriend and i are very much in love now. he is the sweetest!
in our past however, he USED me to cheat on his ex once. i never told her about it, but she dumped him bc he was mean to her (they lasted 1 month).afterwards, he was interested in another girl but stopped seeing her to ask me out instead.
^The above^ all happened after he and i dated for 2 yrs and he mentioned marriage (told everyone i was The One), but i wasn't ready and refused to see him for 5 months. he had moved on with that first girl i mentioned after i dumped him. he's not the cheating kind, so he and i were both surprised to find that he cheated on his ex that time. we have this unbreakable bond, but i just cannot get the past out of my head: that incident when he USED me to cheat on his ex! he says he doesn't know what he was thinking, but i can't forget it!!!
i really do love him so much though.
WHAT SHOULD I DO? i know i haven't been perfect in the past but what he did totally tops what i did.

looking at just my circle of friends it appears that the more ditzy, giggly, carefree girls are the ones that are paired up whilst the more serious ones that could probably offer a more deep and substantial conversation are single... guys, are you actually attracted to the giggly and loud girls? Do young guys find intelligent and serious girls too complicated and boring?

(ps: there is an emphasis on the age bracket cos older guys seem to prefer the more serious, intelligent etc)...

any comments welcomed, especially from guys that fall within that bracket.

so theres this guy that "says" he likes me .. and he says this but he has a girlfriend and he said he is going to break up with her and its been about two weeks since he said this .. i really like him but i dont want to push him and i told him that and he said that this is a delicate situation and he wants to handle it right .. but if he liked me like he says he does do you think he would have broken up wiht her by now, am i being lead on to just end up looking like a fool? .. or does he actually like me and is he doing the right thing in this sort of situation? .. cause right now im kind of confused.

ok ladies, i have a question for you. my ex girlfriend broke up with me about six weeks ago because she felt certain things were missing in the relationship. i now realize that she is right and i also realize that everything she felt that was missing i also want in a relationship. if you were to break up with a guy and then say three or four months later you two start talking again, and you realize that he really has changed and that he changed for himself and didn't change just to make you happy, would you ever consider getting back together with that person if you knew that he changed all for the better and that he changed for himself because he wants everything in a relationship that you do?

What color hair, color eyes, clothing style, body type (curvy, thin, chubby, well-musceled, etc). Open to men or women. Ok there is a girl i realy realy like(were in 8th grade). Im not sure she likes me but at times i think she is hinting. Ive been planning on asking her out on valentines day but there has been complications. Another one of my freinds i think he has gon out with her. He right now has a girlfreind but now he told her he would by her one of those chep 1dollar roses Kiddingly.( i kinda think they like each other). Anyways i was planning on asking my freind if she likes me a reliable source. But if something is going on he is more the other kid with the girlfreind freind. so if i asked and something was going on between them he might not tell me right plus be imberresing. Later i saw her with a rose cheap plastic.I was going to buy her a real rose and something else and ask her out on valentines day. There is a guy that is a host of a cable TV show (Its home decortating show and most of the ladies that watch are probably in their 30's/40's and already married, and he is about 20 years older then me ( don't worry, I like older men). Okay so i thought he liked me but he doesn't talk to me that much anymore!!! I figured out from his lil sis that he likes a girl named courtney! It hurts to think he likes another girl but i always act like i don't care but i don't say it i just act all happy and stuff around him but when i get home i kinda cry and well i acted that i liked a guy named Trevor on the football team only because people were thinking i was liking him! i like this girl who used to like me. but ever since i called her and her dad saw the id and she got in trouble shes stopped liking me. i thought i could move on. then i saw her again. (we hardly see each other) i tryed to avoid her cuz i just didnt want to get in her way. i assumed that she would feel uncomfortable around me. but man i realized that i wouldnt be moving on any time soon. people think i did(including her). but i havent. ive looked for other girls but none make me feel the way she does. its been 8 months since i started liking her. i thought the way i liked her would just be a stage. but everyone time i see her i know that its going to last. ive decided to still like her but i wont try to get her back. im happy if she's happy. seeing her smile and face and hearing her laugh is better than being with some other girl. i know she wont be happy with me. am i doing the right thing? or am i just being stupid?
