so theres this guy that "says" he likes me .. and he says this but he has a girlfriend and he said he is going to break up with her and its been about two weeks since he said this .. i really like him but i dont want to push him and i told him that and he said that this is a delicate situation and he wants to handle it right .. but if he liked me like he says he does do you think he would have broken up wiht her by now, am i being lead on to just end up looking like a fool? .. or does he actually like me and is he doing the right thing in this sort of situation? .. cause right now im kind of confused.

he may really like you however, he is having his cake and eating it too. you need to tell him that you like him but untill he ends it with his GF that you cant talk to him. This way he will speed up the break up with GF. You need to stand up and make him respect you. dont be confused. if you feel bad about it- there is probably a reason.

It seems he is leading you on a little bit but, to tell if he really likes you or not show up at a place where you know he and his girl will be with another guy. If he gets jelous then he's into you.
