who cares if she likes you likes you all girls love valentines gifts if she doesn't like you now she will after you give it to her.

go ahead and get her a valentine and as you give it to her ask her for a date.be smooth but yourself when you do.if she looks you in the eye and makes no excuses then she is.if she avoids your eyes and starts making excuses then you know she is just a flirt and it meant nothing.
