I have heard recently that people in general prefer to date on the net. Reason, they FEEL safer.
Personally I'm from the old school - face to face. Has there been a change or is it just clever marketing?

Help please!

I am 20 years old. I started dating this guy when i was 14 and we had a terrible relationship. He cheated on me, was mentally abusive, and we just fought all the time. We have been off and on for about 2 years. Well he pretty much has changed his life around because he wants to be with me really bad and cries to me all the time about wanting me back. I just feel like I will never trust him again in a relationship. We are still best friends, still hang out and talk on the phone. I just think he needs to have me in his life and I love him in my life.

Now for the terrible part. New Years Eve of 2005, i kissed his best friend at midnight...(we kiss all of our friends at midnight, its a tradition). I started to fall for him that night and It is now 2007 and I have yet to tell him how much in love with him I am. He acts like he feels the same way but I am such a horrible person for falling for him. What do I do?? Please help.

Hey guys,
whut's up? Me and this girl started dating and on our first date and second date I got caught up in the heat of the moment and I might've gone too far.. no sex or anything.. but far enough for a first date. She then broke up with me becuz she thought all I wanted is sex... which i really don't... i really really like her a lot.. but she doesn't believe me.. she thinks im after one thing.. what Do i do? today my friend and i were in the car and i was talking and usually if I don't understand something she'll put her hand on my arm and say it's okay. anyway today she put her hand on my arm and rested it there. I look down at her hand and then in her eyes and we smile at each other but then something changed. Her eyes widened and her smile disappeared and her mouth opened a little. And right then and there we had an undeniable moment. It felt like we both felt it. but a few seconds later (that felt like an eternity) her phone rings (figures). Her face changed and she takes her hand off my arm and the moment was gone. We both acted like nothing happened and went back to normal. So, my question is: has this happened to you before? If so, did you both recognize it was a moment between you two or was it one sided? How can you tell if the other person felt the same thing as you?

yes we're both women in our mid-twenties.

Ok so you see this girl and she catches your eye..you tend to glance at her alot..and then..when you guys make eye contact she smiles at you and then a couple days later when you pass her or she passes by you she smiles and says 'HI"....

I've been with this girl a little under a month now, and she really means the world to me. She makes me feel like I've never felt before. I've never felt this way about anyone ever. But a few nights ago she decided to go hang out with her college friends. I didnt really have a problem with it, it was just kind of a jealousy issue. Well anyways, we kind of had this agreement that we would quit smoking pot together. Well we did. until I got really jealous and just decided to smoke to get her off my mind. Well we got pretty baked. My friends wanted to go to this girls house who was having a party. She was a good friend of mine and my girlfriend had met her and liked her. I guess the real problem didnt occur until later that night at like 3 or 4 in the morning. Lack of sleep and late effects of weed had kicked in, and I kissed this other girl who my best friend is supposed to be hooking up with. It kills me everyday to think about it..What do you think I should do?

at school his friends say he only asks my friends out to make me jelouse, and that he wants me so bad, but i dont belive dem. we started talkin again, because his cousins split us up and we didnt talk sence. so i feel good to talk to him. many adults say to wait until marriage. i dont want to have sex now anyways but just a question to make sure im prepared for the future.
My theory:
ppl get sexual impulses and hit puberty at a young age compared to how long we live. i think it is because our life expectancy way back when, was like 20. that was considered old. so of course in the teen years you were an adult.
so...
i dont know if i should wait until marriage or just someone i love a lot. i mean wonder if i decide to be single the rest of my life. i dont want to die a virgin!

Okay, this is mainly for the guys. Let's see, according to all my guy friends, I am a very attractive 17 year old girl. But, I want some outsiders opinions. I love classic cars and trucks. I am a girlie girl, but love to hang with the guys. Let's just say that I am a simple back home country girl. I would rather go fishin' or muddin' any day than shopping. I mean, to me, hanging with the guys and just being one of the guys is the best. Playing football or basketball is so much fun to me. Even just sitting at home and watching. But I also like to dress up and be girlie when the time or occasion occurs. But do most guys find this intimidating or attractive or just a plain ole turn off. I mean, I love working on cars and know quite a bit about them, but I am afraid to show this side of me, thinking that it might be a turn off for the opposite sex, or just intimidate them and drive them away. There is this get together that my family and other families do. She is like the only young girl there. Other girls are older than me. She is 14 and i am 19. we 'broke up' a few months ago, or rather, i just stopped hearing from him.
