Ok so you see this girl and she catches your eye..you tend to glance at her alot..and then..when you guys make eye contact she smiles at you and then a couple days later when you pass her or she passes by you she smiles and says 'HI"....

2) it depends on personality of guy....soem of them will defintely make anext move........but looosers will wait for girl to make amove again.....

1) Yes, some guys are shy and don't make the first move.
2) I would if I was interested, and would be curious to see what what she thinks.
3) Ya if you smile at a guy from across the way, and make the whole eye contact thing, definitely interested

One or the other. Too early to tell if it's specific interest or general friendliness. Too early to worry about it anyway--either is attractive in a stranger.

That's how romances always start out. Being a guy I would make the next move.. in fact that happened to me a lot. Personally to me it would mean that she is interested.

most guys are in oblivion dear.. you are going to get a little plainer than that.. and make it totally clear you are attractive to him.Guys are like on another planet most of the time .If a women was to stick a sign to their forehead they wouldnt have a clue.. just be a tad more suggestive like hey how about your phone number and let have dinner after work.. or what are you doing this weekend.. something like that might work if they arent just totally blind..or something

it would let me know that she is interested in me and if i felt the same way..i would probably say hi more often as i passed by her and then slowly talk about school stuff like what class she's going to next and how things are going and etc.. slowly things would escalate into more than formal stuff
