Alright, so there is a considerable age difference between my boyfriend and I. I'm 20 and he's 28. He's been out of college for sometime now. So he's always on my back about not being mature(his mother tells him "You're an idiot. You can't spend the rest of your life expecting her to catch up to you, she's younger!"). Anyway, we used to fight about me being naive, too trusting, and too nice...but I'm not like that anymore. So anyway, today this kid who never does his work asks for my number for study help. So I gave him my number and he asks me "You need mine?" and I'm like "Hahahaha! No, what for? You're the one who needs help." So I shared this with my boyfriend after class because I am always upfront and honest with him. He gets mad and acts like an asshole acting like I did something horrible. What did I do? If the guy is being shady, I have no problem telling him off...that's not even an issue.

how do u know when you are totally over someone that you believe that you once loved. It took me 4 years to realize that maybe i dont like thsio kid anymore.... but how do i knoe for a fact??

be honest do blokes only go for looks, im quiet insecure and wonder why a good looking bloke would go for me dnt get me wrong im not ugley but there are plenty of other girls that are much better, i never feel good enough i find myself going for blokes that are really nice but not much in the looks department so i force myself to like them cause i know they would feel grateful to be with me not like really good looking blokes who probably think they can do better .

I was out with my friend on Friday night, and got horribly drunk (embassing at the age of 28 I know). Anyway, a lovely guy that my friend knows helped me back to my friend's flat. I collapsed on the sofa and he put my feet in his lap. Later, when my friend and her boyfriend went to bed she told him to look after me, and he did - all night.
We slept on the floor, and he just cuddled my all night. He didn't try anything on, possibly because my friend warned him that I am quite nervy and don't like being put unde pressure.
He was a real gentleman, in the morning we were chatting and he was playing with my hair.
When he left in the morning, we didn't exchange numbers but he asked me to promise I would go out with them again, and he kissed me cheek and my belly ring (that he had been playing with during the night).
My friend asked him yesterday for his number for me, and he gave it to her. Today I texted him to say thanks for looking after me, and he said he is going away for a week

...when it comes to dating someone new? How often should you call? How often should you hang out? If it seemed in the beginning that the other person was totally interested, but then stops contacting you, how do you deal with that? Do you just let it go, or call and find out what's going on?

They have been friends since highschool and they occassionaly hang out which I don't mind....but it was wierd...like she said "babe" then she sort of caught herself and said "hey you"....I played it off like nothing....but do you think maybe they had something going on before? Or why would you accidently call your guy friend baby?

I have this crush on a girl, the only problem is her name is Farqwa (not even sure i spelt it right) Its a really odd name, and I am afraid IF i ask her out I will mispronouce it, or it'll sound like a curse word. I went out with this girl once (I'm 20 and it's the only date I've ever been on), and she really liked me at first. However, I did not do too well being an exciting person to talk to. She didn't call me for a couple days (I left messages, even though she said her phone had been acting wierd), and we kinda just stopped talking 2 weeks ago. I was cool at first, but now after seeing her at work (we work together once a week) I feel terrible about the situation and I feel like a jerk. How would you feel about that ladies? Guys, how would you feel if you did that? I'm planning on apologising, or at least trying to over the phone (I have no way to meet her in person without coming into work which would be inappropriate). If not I'm writing her a card or a letter.
