mutual attraction among groups like you have described is very common.

my suggestion is that in order to make sure that friends and boyfriends don't get hurt is for your friend to tell kellen's girlfriend she is attracted to him.

be open and honest.

If commitments have been made then all need to be sure not to break those commitments, that is where feelings are crushed & it is to be avoided with all dilligence !

Please don't label your post as an emergency unless someone's life in danger.

As I understand it, your friend has a boyfriend Joey, but also has the hots for Joey's best friend Kellen, who is currently in a relationship with someone else.
First she should decide if she wants to be in a relationship with Joey or not - it's not fair to string him along if she isn't really interested in him and is always lusting after other guys. Then she should decide if she really wants to be with Kellen, or is just wanting what she can't have, trying relive their previous fling, whatever. Also, if she dumps Joey for Kellen, it may hurt the friendship between the two boys.

She needs to be honest with herself and with both boys about who and what she really wants. There's no point ruining two good relationships if it's just a passing fancy or lustful yearnings. And it's wrong to try to steal someone who's taken - she can let Kellen know, once, if she's interested, but other than that she has to keep her hands off him and not flirt with another girl's boyfriend.

drama, drama, drama...

If I have read that correctly, that would equal 3 girls and 2 guys.

Sounds hot.

In all honesty, it seems to me like the only person of those 5 who might get hurt is your bff... if she is down with sharing then there is no problem at all!

if she is not happy with her bf, then she should leave him. and no, she shouldn't take her friend's bf.. and i doubt she is falling in love with him. too young, are you middle or high school?
