Guys whats is with the double standards?

So, me and my b/f have been together for 4 1/2 years. In that time it has been an ok relationship, but I was one of those stupid girls who left behind all her friends for the guy. I really want to break up and I feel so does he, but we do not know how to move on and start over. I am really self sufficient, successful in my career and have some friends at work. How do you start your life over? Where / how do young single people meet? I don't even want a new relationship right away, just friendships... I just don't want to be lonely. Any advice? Should I move away? I don't want to stay in a relationship out of loneliness.

Theres this guy i like at school and everyone says we would make a good couple....well i think he likes me back because he carries my stuff without me askin and he walks to the bus wit me but i dont know if he likes me back.....im really scared to ask him out.....do u think i should ask him out or go 4 someone else???????

I need some more confidence. I mean the past girls I have been with all say I'm nice looking and I am conceited, and I am to a certain extent, but it's not my fault. All of the past girls were the ones who spoke to me so I never really had to do any work, but I know I have to start doing the talking if I want girls more like me, and that I like more. So ladies please give me some advice.

My moom and i havent said a word to each other in two weeks and we live with each other we've been ingoring each other and i'm crying right now as i type this down. It hurts me and I've been gaining weight like crazy, 8 pounds in 6 days and my grades are falling apart too. Made two F's on report card...what do i do? I dont want to say sorry to my mom either, shes never said sorry to me before and i want to give her the chance.

My ex-boyfriend is 26 while I’m 21. We dated for a very short time then HE ended it. We never had sex cuz I’m saving myself for marriage. It has been a year since I’ve seen him & he called me & asked me to go see a movie w/him. I went, he picked me up, then he took me home after the movie. When I asked him why he wanted to see me he said he wants to see me “every once in awhile”. What does this mean & why? He went to Asia for a few weeks and when he came back we talked on msn but I initiated it. He would still talk to me on msn even after it was over but he just never asked to see me. After the hangout, he hasn't talked to me much & hasn't asked to hangout again why? will he ever ask me again?If he wants to be friends why can’t he even say hi to me on msn like he use to before? Should I wait and see or just ask HIM for coffee one time? If he wnats to be friends, it seems like he can't even commit to a friendship!!!
AND if you say he's playing then WHAT does he get out of this?

ok i like 2 boys and they both like me and both want to go out with me! and its hard cause I like both of them but the one has gone out with someone 3 years younger when he said he supposedly liked me but asked her out we are 14 and he went out with a 11 yr old nasty I no his name is kyle.. and sean is nice and hasn't done anything like that.
