He cheated. I stayed because of personal roadblocks...But, part of my healing is him talking to me about his insecurities & why he did those things to me when he knew it would rip my heart out. Whenever I approach the subject he turns and walks away, saying, " I love you, Sarah, only you." These words have become meaningless to me now because if you really love someone that much, wouldn't you want to do everything you could to relieve their pain??? Help!! I feel hopeless.

I'm 22 and never dated! Is that unusual? Let me explain: My boyfriends have always been friends that grew into relationships, and boyfriends, and intimacy. I've never had a boyfriend from a random guy asking me out, going on a date, getting to know each other, and so on. All my relationships have been like---met a guy, become friends, after several month after knowing each other inside and out, one of us ended up falling for each other.

But now, I'm 22, and I wanna start dating. I mean when I do date a guy, we'll become friends while getting to know each other and then maybe go into a relationship. But I've never done the dating thing...I'm soo scared. I don't know how to act on a first date, I dont know how fast you're suppose to go, etc. I mean my prior relationships, we were all close and cuddly right away because we had been friends first so we knew each other. But with dating...it just seems like it would be kinda 'slow', you know? I don't know, hopefully someone will be helpful

when you start trying to push a guy off of you so he will stop making out with you, or getting his hands all over you, etc, he thinks you are trying to play rough and he starts being really rough in return?

this is not something i am really worried about, as it happened a few times over a year ago, and i dumped this guy eventually, but it was pretty scary as i couldn't breathe and he was more than twice my weight. smothering me, biting me, groping, etc. i'm over it, but it did make me quite panicky at the time. not to mention resentful.

just wondering if this is a common thing or if it has happened to anyone else!!!

My bf broke up with me last week after a year of being together, and we've made a little contact since then (trying to give him his space). I have expressed to him how I feel about keeping the relationship together, but he doesn't seem like he's certain just yet.

I want to do something really nice to catch his attention one last time, like send him flowers twice today and hopefully he'll forgive me for what I did. I called him yesterday and he replied with a nice text message.

I'm hoping that the flowers will at least give me a shot, shoot guys do it all the time. If not, I'm willing to give them to him and bow out gracefully in hopes that one day we can build a friendship.

What do you think? Should I take the chance?

i have a crush on this guy and we've been exchanging mails since last june. it wasn't like 3-4 mails a month kinda thing. we were both very busy. and a few days back i decided to give him my number because i really wanted to keep in touch with him.he thought he wouldn't reply much less give me his number but he gave me his nunber! i didn't ask for it!it was really a pleasant surprise.and now i'm thinking if i should continue replying to his mails or text him.should i wait for him to text me first?and how do i know if he's interested or not?any ways i can test it out besides asking him directly cause even if he isn't interested,we cans till be friends.asking him directly would really place our frienship on the rocks.pls help!!

I've liked a guy for bout a yr now...and valentines day is comin up...i've got him an expensive top...and got him a card..with a msg...i like u...will u be my valentine on it...
he already knows i like him...and we kissed...but since the kiss..he hasn't called or msged me...

to long story longer-

My ex and I We dated for a year, Things where not going well, So I broke up with him, I tried to be gentle but he was really upset- From what I heard he was crying about it to anyone who would listen and he dated women who looked a lot like me.

That was years ago,

I saw an his old boss a year or so ago and he said that my ex still had trouble talking about the break up.



I am getting married and my fiance was talking about a GF who broke his heart- listening to his story I felt bad for him and I realized his break up was similar to my break up.
I didn't see my ex's side untill I talked with my soon 2 be husband.

Should I call him and apologize for being so immature all those years ago?

Or would it do more harm more than it would help him?

Hi, my girlfriend and I have been dating for about four months now. I'm really trying to think of a mind-blowing way to tell her that I love her because she means more than she'll ever know to me. I think she knows that I love her, and I think she is waiting for me to tell her, but every time I try, I get uneasy, and think my comment will come off as unsincere. my boyfriend comments on girls and their bodys, im glad he is honest but this makes me feel quite insecure, i feel like he really fancies them and would really like to sleep with them as he says comments like 'i'd do her' and 'she's got nice ****'
is this normal for me to get so jealous or am i really soft? should i do the same to him about guys and see how he likes it?
