wrinting a letter will make you a coward, go to her personally and explain to her that things are not working well and it is best that you break up with her. explain it well to her, so she may understand. If she resolves to violent means or maybe break-down, let her. She just had a broken heart.

Using the lyrics of a song to break off a relationship is both hiding the problem and sorry at the same time. Clear communication is the most important thing in any relationship. Talk with her and tell her the truth. It will work out better that way.

Well , it lacks originality! I thought a letter was high school stuff? Why dont you just write a letter like this , Im breaking up with you check the box below that applies!
That might help! ( falling out of my chair from laughing so hard )

Skip the letter - not such a good move. Be honest and tell her in person - I'm sure she deserves respect even if it is over!
P.S. Sending that letter could break some kind of copyright laws aswell

I would hate to break up with a talented person as you. You are a poet.
If all she didi to you is what you wrote and how you feel go ahead and delivervthe letter to her.
Good luck.

No. I have a better one:
You- "Honey, I want to break up with you."
Her- "What?!"
You- "But I do have some good news. I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Geico."
**My neighbor did that.

I think Its unoriginal and pathetic. She'd read two lines and then laugh at you and be glad you're out of her life.
