Singles & Dating - 1 January 2007

My girlfriend is being stubborn.
She is upset about something, but she won't tell me what it is and she says it's not my fault.
I asked her if she wanted me to know what it was, and she said she didn't care, yet she still won't tell me.
She was absolutely fine yesterday and all week, and I've done NOTHING to upset her.

What exactly do I do to get her affectionate again? Or at least convince her to tell me what's wrong, or even talk to me properly?

Whenever I make a plan with her she always says "I don't know". I ask her if she thinks we'll be together in 1 year - "i don't know". I ask her to come to celebrate my b-day with me, "i don't know - i gotta go to my dads." How about on Saturday , "I don't know." Am I wrong for being frustrated? Am I wrong for wanting to leave her? I want to leave her but I'm afraid of being alone, forever. (I'm not the most social person in real life.) I am really good to her - buy her flowers, computer, took her around the east coast.

So i went to this new years sit down dinner/dance thing, and I start dancing with this guy I know, a friend of a friend. It was club/dance music, but we werent grinding up on eachother that much. After a few songs we stopped, he gave me a big hug, and a kiss on a cheek, and we went back to our table. A couple minutes after desert, he gave me a kiss on the cheeck goodbye and casually left with his boys. Oh and he also have me a big hug and a kiss on the cheek about 5 mintues after midnight, while everyone on the dance floor was saying happy new year to eachother.

This is the 2nd time we've danced with eachother at a special occasion, and the same thing happened. Is he being friendly or does this guy kinda dig me? Im not really reading into it to much as anything special, but I'd like to hear other opinions. Thnx

problem is he is 11 yrs older than I and only calls when "he" wants to see me or has some desire to fullfil, but Im also hooked on this guy coz its been long since dating, its not his money or his car thats got me hooked, I happen to have a good career and earn quite a lot to satisfy every angle of my needs and wants, all i want is to have a lover to love me and ot use me.

you asked him online if he liked anyone...you like him and everyone thinks he likes you...but u ask him if he likes anyone and he says no.... is there still a possiblilty that he likes you??? sigh hes so confusing sometimes...hes seems like the type of guy who even if u told him you like him he still prob wudnt tell u he likes u too if he did lol...shy about those kinda things i guess...but yeah what do you think??

Okay here it is, I need others opinions. I am 42 years old and all my life i always had a lover,now i moved out in the sticks and i do go out but i drop the bar stuff and all that now i have not had a relationship for 7 years. Is something wrong with me? Is it age?

well his sister in in my cheersquad and she likes me.But there is a problem first, Im 14 and hes 16 and I am really afraid to kiss or anything else(im afraid of what he well think)and he has a girlfriend that is not right for him(he loves sports she hates them, but that is just the start)and I may not understand why he likes her but I guess if hes happy then Im happy for him.but when I told his sister that I like him and ever since that(this all happend in one night we were at a lock in at a church and stayed up all night)but every since that he comes around me alot and kept looking at me.he also keeps trying to be around me causully and keeps looking at me.I LOVE everything about him and seeing him everyday isnt helping me get over him and his girlfriend.he works at my house for some extra money(i love that he is such a hard worker).I dont know what to do! I was on my 5th date with this girl that went to the same high school as I did. So last night we were hangin at a party and for some reason she just breaks into telling me who she first did everythign besides sex with. And since we both went to the same high school, she knew I knew the guy she was talking about. Please tell me why she would break that out on me? I've had a relationship with a girl that's been on and off again for the past 3 years now. We get on great and understand each other really well. Our relationship came to a freeze over a year ago but over the last 12 months we've had lapses of being close again, but a few months ago her old boyfriend who she's known for a long time wants her to join him in moving overseas where they will probably marry.
I love her deeply and I think she may still love me too. Problem is, she seems set on following her ex overseas. I get the feeling it's more out of obligation to him and his family as they have all known each other for so long. I think she does love the guy but she has told me recently that in our relationship we have been able to discuss and do things that she could never do with her old boyfriend.
So, would it be useless to propose to her? I feel as if it's the right thing to do as I want to be with her. However I can't help but feel that it's all going to be in vain.

I went out with this girl for like two weeks and then she broke up with me. We were good friends and we still are. But ever since we broke up i cant get her out of my head and she's always in my dreams. We still hang out with each other and we always have a good time. We're like bestfriends now. But I still want her back. I'm relatively young, 21 years old, but my hair is definitly thinning. the corners of my hairline are recessed a great deal (and seem to be going more), but the back is fine. I don't look so bad the way it is now, I keep it shorter and the way the hair grows it kinda covers up the recession a little. The other day my gf and I were watching something on tv and a guys toupee blew off and she asked if I would ever wear one, to which I said no and she said good. This leads me to believe that she knows its going and is ok with it, think I'm right? I really hope so, we dont get too specific but we would like our relationship to last and I would hate to just someday be completely unattractive to her. what do girls think?
