uhhmmm.... I think you might mean meet, and I would say to keep your eyes peeled and hang out at places that females are likely to congregate (other than the womens room as they don't like that :) ). Just keep yourself available and you'll find one.
If you did mean "Make", then it depends on what you're wanting out of the "gf".

Your verbage with this question is a bit odd, but regardless....
Basically, the best way to find a girlfriend is by being nice, smiling, and talking to people. After awhile, you may notice that you enjoy hanging out with some girls more than others. Treat them well -- give them attention and be polite, and I'm sure you'll do fine.
