Singles & Dating - 31 December 2006

I like this Chick ... she's funny, beautiful , she makes me feel better about myself....she is ALMOST perfect for me but she is kinda a nazi and it is not so much that she hates a lot of things that buggs its the whole hitler thing that just creeps me out and kinda ruins my day. Do I try to change her and or deal with it or sigh and get someone else?

ps if I spelled Natzi or Nazi wrong I dont care.

ok, so there is this guy who lived in the studenthouse next to mine and one evening i went to his room because i was bored and didn't like being alone in my room. When i went there the first evening we talked a lot and when it was 2am i told him i wanted to go to my room to sleep. when i wanted to leave the room he stood in front of me, but realy close, and said i should stay a little longer.. but i didn't. he also asked me my email adress and made me a cd with songs. The next day he asked me what i was going to do the weekend.
What does it mean when a guy does or says that stuff?

Im single at the moment but i do enjoy it as you can flirt and meet new people all the time, but i also get bored and crave for a boyfriend, i always end up texting one of my ex's ( which i shouldn't) but does any body else get like that? or do you single guys enjoy being single? im only 19 but i love male attention!

I have been out with my boyfriend for 2 years now. Before we started the dating, he told me he really like this girl at Uni. But things didn't work out because she went back to her country. Recently, when I went over to his place I saw a book on desk on how to make Birthday cards. I knew he was thinking of making a card for the girl because her birthday was coming up. But I didnt ask him if that was the case.

But I jst feel so upset that he doesnt put any effort in doing something like that for me. What should I do without being too direct? Pls give any advise...

okay here's the deal...i am a 28 year old responsible adult who lives with my room-mate on my parents property in a single wide trailer. i pay the bills and such and my roomie helps out where she can with the house work. i don't ask my parents for money or anything at all. i have a younger sister who is the rebel of our family. she constantly gets her way! i work for my parents on our farm as well as maintain a full time nite shift job. i have recently started seeing this guy who lives an hour an half away from me. his truck isn't running rite now and he's working on it. i trust him because he hasn't given me reason not to. it's been nearly a month since we were last together (not that way! but you know what i mean). neways...i asked mom last nite about taking a few days when i get off for 7 days to go see him. well she said something along the lines of i don't think he's worth seeing. i asked her what she meant and she told me that because he doesn't come to see me.wat do i do?

look, the situation is with this girl. I love everthing about her : smile laugh, personality, kindness, looks. Me and her dated in the summer, for about three months. In september we broke up and had about 4 months of casual "hi's" every once in a while. Now, I had a party for chistmas and me and her started to get with eachother again she was flirting, touching, everything. And i phoned her saying that things can work now, and she seemed really happy. but couple days later she said that she cant because things are complicated and she has dance 6 times a week and its best we stay friends, (Which is why we broke up in the 1st place)( but she sounded like she really didnt even want to be with me wen she said this). And today, me my best friend and her best friend were gonna party at my house but she bailed and went somewhere else, mind u we already left somewhere else b/c she said she was grounded... she said she was sorry but i dunno. i've been seeing a guy for about a month..... we were supposed to go out yesterday with my friends, when he decided to bail on me to go out with his friends instead. i said i wasn't happy about that, and he decided he'd meet me instead. later on, he told me that his car had suddenly broken down, and he needed to stay in and fix it for work the next day. he didn't have work the next day, so i asked him why he would say that. he gave me some excuse about being on earlies, and we haven't spoken again. should i apologise for jumping to conclusions or stick to my guns?

I have a good chemistry with a girl who is my friend. When we met we click and develop a good friendship. I also knew she was dating someone and it look like she was getting close to being married. I found out thru friends that they have seperated and she has kept herself busy with school, volunteering, and even taking on a second job.
Now the last time we spoke was months ago and we talked about our work, life, family, and social status and after that I never heard anything back and friends that we both know told me that she still is single.
I want to tell her how I feel and I was thinking in writing her a letter instead of calling her over the phone or even face to face since her life is real busy.
Is this a good idea?

i love my best friend to death. we are very close but i am a woman and he is a man. I think he is in love with me. i don't like him in that manner and i never will. he just isn't my "type". i love him dearly but sometimes he creeps me out when he tries to rub my shoulders or feet or kisses me on the hand. he would never do something to me that i didn't want him to but he acts like a boyfriend sometimes and it gets annoying. he knows we are just friends but he needs to back off sometimes. i tell him "don't touch me." and he gets his feelings hurt. how can i telll him tactfully that i am single and want someone but not him and i don't like his romantic overtones. we are just friends and not more. i don;t want to hurt his feelings because he is a great person with a big heart but i am not attracted to him at all.
