Hi Vanessa,
I have long curly hair and I turn a lot of lady's heads as I walk by and I am 40 YO.
I have always found it to be so. When I have had short hair, no one really noticed me, but with long curls, that's a different story altogether.

Because they're the only ones I've gone or want to go out with cause long hair makes them sexy... depending on where the hair is O.o

It depends how you view them. I do not find them cute. I would prefer ladies in long hair.

maybe you see too many guys with cute faces who have long hair and ugly guys with short hair.

I think so too... not super long, but jaw length. Somehow you take a guy with long hair, and when he cuts it short he is ten times less attractive.

as long as it's not really long... Most of the guys I've liked have/had longish hair... I think guys with longer hair are more feminine, not so burly and nasty... so that could be it... or just my opinion.
