okay here's the deal...i am a 28 year old responsible adult who lives with my room-mate on my parents property in a single wide trailer. i pay the bills and such and my roomie helps out where she can with the house work. i don't ask my parents for money or anything at all. i have a younger sister who is the rebel of our family. she constantly gets her way! i work for my parents on our farm as well as maintain a full time nite shift job. i have recently started seeing this guy who lives an hour an half away from me. his truck isn't running rite now and he's working on it. i trust him because he hasn't given me reason not to. it's been nearly a month since we were last together (not that way! but you know what i mean). neways...i asked mom last nite about taking a few days when i get off for 7 days to go see him. well she said something along the lines of i don't think he's worth seeing. i asked her what she meant and she told me that because he doesn't come to see me.wat do i do?

the thing is though i ask out of respect to make sure there is enough help for the work to be done on the farm. and besides she knew already that his truck wasn't running.

Honey I think your mom is wright...
I had many boyfriends before I met my husband And he was the only one who was willing go through this German 3-6 hour traffic on "speed way".He is in army and when he was send to some training he was renting cars for the last money and driving through the whole Germany too just spend 2,3 hours with me...That's why after 6 month's we end up getting married ,(4 years now). Other guys always had to be late or I didn't have a chance to see them often because they didn't try hard enough...and that mean ..they didn't really care.
I know that you probably feel lonely..We all need somebody..that's how God made us...Maybe he have a plan for you and maybe it's not meant to be for you to be with this men.Just wait and pray for your future husband...God had listen and answer to my prayers..
Happy New Year and lots of Blessings in 2007!!!

You are an adult. You've demonstrated maturity and a stablity in the way you manage your life. If you take a few days off and visit a friend, you will be doing what hundreds of other people do all the time. You aren't asking anyone to bankroll your trip, aye? Have fun.

THATS NOT SO, THE GUY IS WORKING ON HIS TRUCK SOME TAKE LONGER THAN OTHERS. GIVE HIM A BREAK HE IS TRYING TO FIX THE DARN THING MOST LIKELY TO COME SEE YOU. YOU DON'T HAVE ANY REASON NOT TO BELIEVE HIM DO YOU? IT DOESN'T APPEAR HE IS FULL OF EXCUSES, GIVE HIM MORE TIME...NO MORE THAN 2 WEEKS THEN YOU CAN SAY YOUR MOM WAS RIGHT AND FORGET IT....( HE MAY BE WAITING FOR A PART)
