Singles & Dating - 6 December 2006

Last week I posted a question about getting mixed signals. Well after talking with him it turns out he just wanted some space. I was always around at his work and he wanted some time away from me. But you see that is how we met, is because I am always at his work! I told him that all he had to do was communicate that and I would have respected that. I too like my space when it comes to guys I am seeing. I think its important to take things slowly and let them build on a solid friendship foundation. He asked me to come meet his friends on Sunday so I did! Thats a good sign, right? We have texted back and forth since. Just small things, but he is very polite always using Thank You and Your Welcome! I love that! I guess the question is, what should I do or not do next? Thanks!

Just to start off am a 26 year old woman and this guy I have been talking to online is 28. Within the first week we did the online chatting, now we talk everynight on the phone. He will go out of his way to call me, even if that means his favorite game is on. He will tell me in emails that I am beautiful, and that he misses me. wondering is, is he really interested in me?He remebers conversations from 2 days ago of what I like and he make mention of it. Its just how do I know he isnt tagging me along?? How do I know he is true? He hasnt even made mention of he wants to meet me or not.He will even go out of his way to ask me what I made for dinner, my family, if I have found anything for my family as far as christams shopping goes. We broke up a while back because we live far apart and she found somebody else. Long distance just didnt work for us. Thats all. I never cheated on her and I was a good boyfriend. I choose not to talk to her anymore because it hurts too much and she knows that. She continues to text me evry once in a while "just to say hi". Then today, she text me to tell me some bad news about a death in her family. I called her to tell her I was sorry because I thought I should. Then I txt her and said that if she needs to talk to let me know and that I will pray for her and her family. Her text back was. Thank u. I have many people here that will support me and I have Richard (her new boyfriend)... I think that was just a slap in the face. Well, now I hate her... I told her sorry for your loss but, go F herself.

Heres what happend if someone can help me.I went to school in NS for a month. I met this girl who is absolutely amazing.We got along great had a wicked time.here is where it gets hard, She has a kid which doesnt bother me because im crazy about her. I moved back home and told her I would be back for her. I am in a process of finding a job which involves me leaving for several months at a time. I am trying to make sure she is aware that I am serious but I dont think she thinks I am. I really want to keep intouch with her and make things happen but I dont know if I can do that for the next like 4 -5 months and not see her. I worried that she will find some one else and or loose interest in me, seeing how i am crazy about her. We keep intouch by cell txt message and phone. What can I say or do to make sure she knows im serious?

after i told the guy i liked him, i feel like i shouldn't talk to him because i remember the pain that i went threw that week, and think " why did i tell him?" was it right to tell him that i liked him? or is it o.k to talk to him after i told him?
