I notice that sometimes when i come around he starts to act all goofy like he dances all funny and makes funny nosies and when i look at him and laugh he just smiles at me , whats up with him ? I kinda find it to be cute .

He may find you attractive and that is making him nervous. People do strange things with nervous energy.

Well, if he is not mentally ill, then most likely, he gets nervous when you are around. I have the problem when I meet a drop dead gorgeous woman that I seem to temporarily forget how to speak correctly and end up babbling some incoherent nonsense. I do better once I tell her though and things go on from there. Give him a break and ask him what's up.

I would say he likes you and likes to make you laugh he just doesn't know how to approach you approach him and say hi if he studders or is fidgety then he defiantly likes you
