I'm a 26 year old single mum and I am asexual (an odd combination, I know). The problem is that, because I'm a mother, my friends and family assume that my last relationship 'scarred' me, and now I avoid it because I'm too scared of getting hurt. I attempted to date again in the vain hope that they were right, but they're not. I am, what I am.

My friends don't accept this and are constantly trying to set me up and get me to change my mind. My Mother just looks sad when it comes up. How do I convince them that I'm not a man-hater, I'm not gay, I'm not scarred, and I'm not scared? I'm just not interested in sex or having a relationship. They find it inconceivable that my mind never strays to the only thing they deem fit to discuss most of the time...

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I'm finding it impossible to forget about this women I really care about, she won't return my messages and won't talk to me. I really care for her and love her with all my heart still but the thing is we still work in same organisation, different offices but every time I get a call from someone in the old office I find it almost impossible to ask how she is...I still love her. i do go to pubs ... bu the prob is me, i cant talk to gals
i am very timid although i do love their way of being crazy.. als all hot babes r in the pubs..
i rem, i nearly got sm, but coz i didnt know wat to talk.. they pissed on me..

i feel guilty..

plz tell me, how to make 1st step with a gal or lady.. coz most times i see gals or ladies with their wedding ring. i really fear that.. coz i dont want to break their wedding life..

why do people say looks dont matter in a R.ship coz it has to if u dont like the way your gf or bf looks i think it dosent work out in the long run as u will be turn of by them sexauly and thats not good for both parties coz u will make them feel uneasy and not loved im not saying that personalty isnt important but looks are just important could u really make love to quazzy modo or however you spell his name ? i dont think so what do u think

I have recently gotten out of FWB relationship due to the fact that I fell for her and she didn't want me. Now my character has totally changed, I have started a new job, I attend every day but the work doesn't stimulate me and I'm easily distracted. I have lost interest in some of my hobbies, I used to buy lots of cd's and dvd's now I buy hardly any, all I can think about is her and how much I love her still, I don't hold out much hope for the future and meeting women, I'm 24 and I doubt I will ever have a girlfriend or sex again. Seriously!

I broke up with someone and pretty soon after the break up i realised i was in love with her the whole time but things just got a little mundane.... I told her about this uncertainty and obviously it turned her poor world upside down as well as mine.
