Love a thing of two people, not of three. Think about whom you want to spend the rest of your life with, and count the reasons.
Personally, I think that you do not love your fiancee for the full 100%. Because if you would, you would not love another person. If you do love her, stick to her and tell the other person ( no matter how difficult that must be) that you do not want to see her anymore and focus on the girl you are going to marry.

Not good. You need to figure out what you want ASAP! Don't plan a wedding date yet! Do you really love this other girl or is it just easy to love her cause you can't have her right now?
If you love your fiancee you better figure this out FAST.
