Me and my boyfriend work in the same building but do different jobs so sometimes we dont always see each other around. I embarassed myself infront of him a couple of times and believe me these things were BAD. I now try to avoid him at work at all costs because i'm ashamed of what happened. I cant even look him in the eye anymore because these embarassing moments are always on my mind. I get like an anxiety attack if i see him. It's different when he comes to pick me up when we go out because i drink a bit of vodka before leaving the house and it helps me forget for a while. What should i do and dont ask me to talk to him about them because i dont want to refresh him memory about my embarassing moments?

I mean, part of it is hearing some people say I'm fat, but look at the pictures. I look huge. My stomache needs to be flat. My hips are too big. I want thinner legs.

I dated this guy for about 2 1/2 months and he ended up cheating on me with his ex on more than one occassion.
