If he is still seeing you outside the work place it seems you are holding on to something you should let go of. Forget it. Try not to do it again. Put it in the past and leave it there.Everybody does stupid things.Leaqrn to laugh it off or just bury it. Maybe when you turn 105 you will be able to laugh about it.

Don't hide in the corner, get out there and make the best of it, don't make him think about why he doesn't see you around on the job, give him some new memories to think about you at work. Do you're best to laugh it off together, after a while you might realize it's not as bad as you thought it was and when you're both over it it will be fine. If anything ever happens again, just start laughing it off and joking about it. It'll be okay

he is still your boyfriend. He has probably been embarrassed in front of you before but hide it. Shrug it off, you are only human, do not avoid him he will think the wrong thing. I go through the same thing with embarrasment. I always tell myself well it is over and done with now, Keep pushing ahead. Learn to laugh about it even if to yourself. Eventually, you will talk about it because the great embarrasing moment will then be belittled in your mind.

You should stop using alcohol to stop feeling. That is heading for a big problem later down the road. If you can't be up front with him then the relationship won't last. Being honest is what helps keep a relationship going. Ask him about it and be an adult. You may be suprised with his answers. Honesty is the best policy.

Get drunk with some girl friends and talk about these embarrassing moments. Just play your 'most embarrassing moments' game. I'm sure they have more than you and probably worse. This game is primarily to help you cope with the embarrassment and most of the time lighten your anxiety. Just make it more of an oops, it makes it easier to look back on and joke about it later.

Most people are not as confident as you may think, meaning you may be misinterpreting they're actions, the only way to is planet don't. if your scared to talk just talk anyway, you become better at it, doesn't mean you wont feel apprehensive just means you become better at puting it away when you talk.
If you say somebody took your confadence away, thats because you allowed it. Not everybody in this world will like us, not everybody will be dazzaled by our words, so what, accept yourself first warts and all. besides ever wonder why all those Hollywood type continue to do stupid things? they have it all don't they?

But if he's your boyfriend then he shouldn't care about the embarassing thing you've done. you have anxiety attacks when you see him at work, but not anywhere else? that doesn't make much sense.
