I have been dating this guy for a while and iam a virgen and so is he. At least thats what he says. He says he's a virgen, how can you really tell if he's a virgen? Is there any way? Hope someone can help me. Sil

There is absolutely no way to tell if someone is lying about being a virgin. Some people believe that the condition of a girl's hymen is a sign of virginity. This is at best misleading and at worst a myth.
For both guys and girls, it is impossible to prove virginity.

I would believe him because guys never lie about that stuff. Girls have a hymen, guys have a thymen (part of the thyroid gland in the neck). If they lie about it, they choke and die. Also, if they don't get sex before a certain age, they'll die too. That's why guys say if they don't get sex they're going to die. They're not lying. It's true. Trust me, I'm a guy, I wouldn't lie to you.

There is no way of knowing so you have to take his word for it and hope he is telling you the truth if he is the one for you.

you cant tell if hes a vigin any more than he can tell youre a virgin. if youve been dating him for a while and you cant trust him, you probably shouldnt be in the relationship.

you don't...so when he says that he doesn't want his first time with a condom...use a condom! (and also, just in case, get him tested for STDs and HIV, etc...just in case)
