but you both are really good friends and you don't want to mess things up with the two of you. and what if she says no will be nerve around me if she does?

First, does it seem like something she would consider? If so, then go for it man.... otherwise you'll just be wondering what could have happened, and maybe be hurt if she finds someone else.

The second part of your question is a little confusing so I will focus on what I think you are asking:
1) you have a really good friend that is a girl and you want to be more than friends but not mess up the friendship?
- If nothing else, understand this: once you cross that bridge the friendship no longer exists... you are now something else.. It can be even better but it doesn't have to end that way... however, that's not the point... It's a risk at best and you do take the chance of losing the person all together..

if you are friends then as a friend ask her to come have a coffee at somewhere nice --- during the day --- if all goes well you can talk walk and then later maybe have a meal together
