I'm a Senior in high school (I know I still have a while before I get in the *real* world). I have a disability that was not from an accident. It was congenital (meaning not Genetic.) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spina_bifida#Spina_bifida_occulta . And on a whim I was searching around for peoples opinions on dating people in wheelchairs.
I am extremely active and don't have and "mental side effects" that people who *lose* the ability to walk (opposed to never having it at all) have. As in no self pity. (actually for being in a chair for my whole life it feels "normal" to be in a wheelchair. Just as walking feels normal to able bodied people.

I am concerned with how women immediately assume that men in my position need care taking. I am %100 capable of taking care of my self. Is this an immediate assumption with all women or just misinformed ones?
I guess my real question is how much of a chance do I have now and in the future with women? Would you ever date someone in my position?

I recently took a flight to the annual Jar Jar Binks convention in West Horton, Ohio. I did not want to pack my Jar Jar costume as it is extremely expensive, but it wouldn't fit in a carry on, so I had to wear it. First, the search at the airport was a human rights violation. The airport security was very rude, and made me give up the two blasters I had on, then got mad at me because of my elaborate costume, saying it took so long to search it held up the line. Then when I finally got on the plane, the stewardess said I couldn't wear my Jar Jar mask, and the two people sitting next to me (I was in the middle), grumbled because my costume took up too much space and had stuff sticking out. After takeoff, I got in the aisle, put on my mask, and danced and yelled to entertain the other travelers. The stewardess tried to stop me but I ran screaming down the aisle, and then dove into a bunch of peoples laps. I was restrained for the rest of the flight. Do you think I can sue for harrasement?

I punish myself for arguing with my fiance and making him feel bad all the time. We fight every day and disagree every day, most of the time it's my fault, to make myself get the point and possibly stop being this way... I started to cut myself. Me and my wife have been married for about a year, been together for about two years. We are both in our early thirties. she recently became a lawyer and now she thinks she is too good for me. She wants me to give up my favorite hobby and says I need to get a job. My hobby is collection Jar Jar Binks collectables and wearing a Jar Jar costume as I walk around town. While walking around, I like to bring joy to people. I go into stores and throw potato chips or other foods around, I dance in front of cars that are stopped at red lights, I knock on random houses doors and do Jar Jar quotes and dances. This takes quite a lot of time, several hours a day. How can I find the time to get a job? But my Jar Jar collectables are very expensive, and my wife gets all upset when I buy them with her money. Then she flipped out like a crazy person when I suggested we use the Jar Jar costume during our lovemaking. I can't live like this. Why can't she just let me live my life? Should I divorce her?

I feel utterly ashamed for being a virgin. I am 33. I feel embarrassed and feel like a total f**ing loser. I don't have any self-esteem because I am ugly and women like attractive men. My boyfriend is four hours away, he likes to go parting, and I am not a big fan of all that, and he hangs out with these girls that like him, and they try to get down his pants all the time, so I was just looking on this thing called facebook, its kind of like myspace to see if he is really doing anything or not. My boyfriend and I talk on a daily basis. It is VERY rare for a day to go by that we do not talk. We have been dating 5 months and are having a rough spot. After expressing my feelings (concerns) I have not heard back. I have no doubt that he cares about me very much... If he does not call or write me tonight I worry that our relationship is in jeapordy. I need a guy's opinion on this one. What would you do if you were him and what do you think he is thinking? A lady approaches her priest and says, "Father, I have a problem. I have two female talking parrots, but they only know how to say one thing."

"What do they say?" the priest inquires.

"They only know how to say, 'Hi, we're prostitutes. Want to have some fun?'"

And also, theres a semi formal coming up at my school and he said hes not sure if hes going. So me and my best friend (mostly me only her because im telling her to) are trying to convice him to go. The guy I love goes on a run everyday on my road. He is one of my good friends and everyone so far thinks he likes me too. But i dont know if he does. I mean, we were playing around and i stole his pen and he was holding my other empty hand and woulden't let go. We always laugh a lot and tease. He's been saying how I should meet up with him on my road when he goes for his run 'cause he passes my driveway. I really like this guy, but i just dont know if he likes me or if he is playing hard to get! I see him everynight for the fact I hang out with his friends on the weekends. The first time we hung out there was alot of flirting going on, but now he doesnt hardly talk to me, but he still ask me if I want to go places with him and his friends (partys). but sometimes i feel like i aggrevate him when i IM him on AOL (which i dont do it alot) but he still seems aggrevated.. maybe its just me i dont know! My girlfriends ex boyfriend of 2 years ago has suddenly started e-mailing her seding her messages asking her to get back with him and demanding sex with her. She is not ineterested in him because she is completely in love with me and i trust her unconditionally. the problem is as much as i try and support her through this he still continues to send her messages and is saying he wants to visit her and it is upsetting her.
