Grant-I defer 10% and my company also puts in 10. Actually they put in 10% on my first 6%, then I put in an extra 4.

it all depends what you yearly salary is.
Percentage is what really matters. if you are earning less than 100K, and you got a 20K bonus... you did pretty good.
if you are earning more than 250K per year, that bonus is pretty cheezy.
