just have fun. if you had good conversations before, don't worry about what to say when you're on a date.
just act the same way when you're not out on a date with her. share yourself--what you do, what you find interesting, and what are your recent experiences. find a flow and topics would naturally spring into your conversation.
most importantly, listen to her when SHE has something to say. it will give you a chance to know what you can talk about so don't go dominating the conversation.

it all depends on what you were talking about before and if the girl says yes... and i recomend asking her like at the end of the night so that if she possibly says no it wouldnt be horrible for you to stand being with her.

act as if you to are mates but keep the guy stuff away cause some girls dont like that.. but just be like good mates, tell her things you cant tell your other mates.. keep the intimate stuff behind doors, makes it more special.. and people wondering.
