My girlfriends ex boyfriend of 2 years ago has suddenly started e-mailing her seding her messages asking her to get back with him and demanding sex with her. She is not ineterested in him because she is completely in love with me and i trust her unconditionally. the problem is as much as i try and support her through this he still continues to send her messages and is saying he wants to visit her and it is upsetting her. How can i stop him from upsetting her? Should i go and beat him up?

1) set up a new email account for her
2) new sim card
3) dont let him have either!!

Dont resort to violence and dont let him see that he is getting to either of you- he wants a reaction, if u give him that it wil encourage him.
You sound like a lovely guy - keep reminding your gf how much she means to you.

Don't go and beat him up that is not the thing to do.
If she has asked him to leave her alone and told him she has moved on with her life and suggests he does the same then the answer is simple.
Change her email address that way there is no way she will get the messages, or block sender of emails.
Alternatively Email him or get your girlfriend to email him saying that if he doesn't leave her alone then you will have to inform the police that she is being harassed.

If the ex know about you. Hes taking the piss, so yes you need to go and have a word. How about letting your girlfriend arrange
to meet and you go with her. So he can hear it from the both of you that he need to leave her alone ,as she have you now and he need to get over it. why not run this by your g/f and see what she thinks. If this don't work beat him up.

I was in the same situation as you buddy.

That was until I contacted the bloke, and threatened that if he ever even thought of my gf again I would go round and set fire to his MUMS house.

Now get this..... its psychological... you can threaten him as much as you like because to HIM getting a smack in the mouth might be worth it...

but would it be worth getting his MUMS house torched.

Even though you are not actually going to do it... he dont know that, and its that not knowing which gets results.

After all, the fear of getting punched in the face is a lot worse than the punch itself right?

Needless to say I never heard from this guy again, and his mums house is very much intact ;-)

Suggest to your girlfriend that she get a new email address and make sure the ex doesn't find out what it is. Don't go beating him up or you will be in jail while your girlfriend and her ex get together.

Just tell her to ignore him!! Pests only pester when they get a reaction. If she stops replying to emails (even if its just to say "leave me alone") and stops taking his calls (get his number blocked- speak to BT and mobile provider- or if he calls from a different number politely tells him "im sorry im not gonna talk to you") then he'll give up.

You can't HAVE a relationship with ANYONE if they don't respond to you.

Beating him up will just please him because he'll feel like he's making you insecure and is getting a reaction.

Seriously, ignore him entirely.

Tell her to spam any e-mails he sends her without reading them!

She should tell him bluntly that she is not interested and then just ignore him! And mean it!!

Don't beat him up - that won't get rid of the problem and it could cause more!!

He is just not worth getting upset about!

Men are strange. So leave him to stew in his own juices!
And you two just get on with being happy.

do not beat him up-block him from sending e-mails-i would tell both your parents-might not be a bad idea to print a few of the threatening e-mails if you have to get a peace bond-if it escaltes dont hesitate to call police.

Get her to change her e-mail address and buy her a new sim card. Job done.
