I wouldn't be pissed, but I wouldn't like it either. She will always be jealous of you and you of her. If she is a great friend, you should be able to tell her if it is bothering you, and you are not completely "over" him. If she is just a convenient friend, she will not dump him for you, she will probably love that it bothers you.
Is he with her to hurt you?
