we aren't officially together and she wants a relationship. she hasn't said it plainly but i can tell. hints have been made. she is a very pretty girl but she is mormon and i am christian. i have alot of drug habits that she doesnt like and i am not willing to give them up for a high school relationship. they almost never last and besides, i like my drugs. this may sound pathetic but i have never broken up with anybody. all of my girlfriends have broken up with me or else i just stop talking to them and they get hte hint. but i know that that is a stupid way to do it and it never ends well. i am sure telling her wont be easy but i just need a good way to put it.

I've been knowing this guy for about 1.5 years, and we've been dating on and off. I left him alone for awhile because I felt that he was playing games with me. I guess he realized what he was missing when I cut him off, so he made a big effort to get back involved with me. Long story short : we had really good make-up sex abt a week ago; in the middle of sex, he asks, "are you down for me? you gonna be my girl?" I said yes.

since that night, He's calling me "baby" and vice versa. We are spending everyday together.
Are we together? I don't want to feel stupid and ask when he's been thinking that since a week ago! what do i introduce him as? my BF?

there's a girl i really like who says she could like me when she gets to know me better. we go to school together and have been e-mailing back and forth and seem intelluctually compatiable. problem is that this girl is so pretty and i think she is out of my league. when we are physically together, i can't be cool bc her eyes are so pretty. so i said to her that i couldn't look at her bc she as too pretty. she just said that this may be a potential problem, so how to be cool around her so she can get to know me?

A few months ago, while I was overseas and out of contact for a week or so, my bf started talking to another girl that he met online. She knew that he had a gf and she had a bf at that time too, but he claims that she was very blatant about liking him and flirting with him. After chatting for a week she asked him to hang out at the mall together and he went. They also had a drink together afterwards which he paid for. However, he felt guilty about it and didnt want me to ever find out so he broke off all contact with her soon after. I only found out about this accidentally weeks afterwards when I saw some emails from her in his inbox asking him why he didn't talk to her anymore. However, he tried to lie to me about some things that happened (eg. he lied about having a drink w her; he lied initially about meeting up w her, etc). Is this considered cheating?

My sposue left me for another...now I feel condemned to being alone...the stats don't look good for a 50 y/o woman...even though I am attractive, finacially stabel and professional...help give me some faith that it is possible and that the stats are just numbers. thought we had a good relationship (7 years)till he dumped me (26) for and 18 year old is he (27) really thinking about this like he even lied about his age when he met her and i found that out cuz she got my number off his phone..ok and my friend at work got dumped after 3 years for someone younger than 18 why do people do this like replace a good,old thing with something shiny and new ? do people get tired of their relationships and they think someone newand younger would help make them better or is it all an immaturity thing they dont want or feel ready to grow up so they find someone younger so they dont have to grow up anytime soon? i heard this happen to a couple other people i know im probably just venting but i wanted to know other peoples opinions about it

i have a serious problem. i met a very special man in ghana when i was there doing some humanitarian work. i will be going back soon (i am from the u.s.) and we plan to marry and come back here to start a family. the problem is with my family. they don't trust our relationship and they think that my fiance is a con artist and is only using me to have a way into the u.s. i think that they should trust my judgement and accept that we love each other and want to be together. what should i do?

When a shy person is attracted to someone do they show it right away or does the shyness get in the way? Like suppose Person A feels attracted to Person B and maybe Person B is also attracted to Person A. Suppose Person B is wondering if there is attraction on a mutual level. Would a shy Person A be too shy and not talk to Person B and let Peron B slip by?
