So in about 3 weeks it will be two years that my boyfriend & I have been together... WOOHOO! :) I hate using the term "boyfriend', it makes me sound like I'm 16, actually I'm 25! :) 16 isn't bad, but knowing how old I am might help the suggestions! Anywho, I need some help thinking of something special(yet cheap) to do! I make dinner everynight, so cooking isn't going to be different. Our anniversary is on a Saturday & we are both off work, so I could do something anytime! I live in Ohio, so the weather is pretty chilly. Maybe something I could make for him, something meaningful. I'm usually pretty good about planning special events, but I'm drawing a blank this time. Guys, what do you think?!?

I'm a 20 y/o college student who's never dated and has very little friends. I want to start dating but I honestly have NO idea how to.
So I have a few questions......
Should I know a girl well before I ask her out?
What does one do on a date?
When is a girl your "girlfriend"?

I must have a missing instinct or something because it seems like everyone else already knows this kind of stuff.
Any other advice is welcome.

I'am a 22 year-old guy and a few months ago, I went out on a few dates with this 18 year-old girl from church. At first, I really liked her. She was tall, pretty, and she seemed like she was the intellectual type, and very mature for her age. Well, a few days after the first date, she called me and asked me to go snorkeling with her at La Jolla Cove the following Saturday at 9:00 in the morning. I said yes, and that Saturday morning, I got to the cove an hour early. The only problem was that there was no parking to be found at the cove. The parking spaces are very limited at the cove to begin with, and EVERYONE in San Diego had to be there that particular morning. To make a long story short, after looking for almost 2 hours, I never found parking and I missed the date. I left her messages explaining why I didn't make it, and she never called me back! And at church, she wouldn't talk to me about it. Why did she have to be so immature about it? Do all younger girls act this stupid?

I have known this girl for 5 years, and we dated a few times, but i have been in a relationship for 4 years. She is always hinting that she wants to date me if I wasn't in the relationship. Now I am single again, and we went out a few times. We had a great time and Kissed. Now she is saying she is dating another guy. I ask if I should give her space, but she wants to still see me. what does it mean when a guy talks to his parents about you? (good things, of course). i've never met his parents (we aren't even going out) yet they know so much about me. our mutual friend went over to eat at his house, and his parents went on about me as if they've met me and know me. is this a normal thing for a guy to do?

Ok so last week was my b-day My then boyfriend took me out to a nice dinner bought me a nice present and wrapped it in paper he made on the computer of all of our pictures put into a collage. Sounds great right? Until yesterday when I get this email.
I'm sorry I haven't been around the phone too much, but... I've been doing a lot of thinking about us, as I do on the weekends it seems, and I think that we need to be apart. When I really analyze "us" it just seems like we both want different things. I've enjoyed our time together very much, but beyond....I can't really see us being together for a long period of time. I think that if we continued to see each other (going to concerts, etc.) it would further lead to feelings being hurt even more in the future. I'm soo sorry if I hurt you, but I feel it's for the best.

I miss my ex-boyfriend. I miss his lips, I miss kissing him, I miss cuddling in his bed. But it never went further than that, we always kept our clothes on, cuz he knew that I wanna save sex for marriage. He was 24, lots of previous relationships while I'm 20 and he was my first boyfriend and first kiss. It was only a month, but felt longer cuz we saw each other a lot.
I guess he may have left due to lack of sex, but I'm still not 100% over him. But I don't get it cuz he liked how I was so pure and unique. Also, a lot of guys hit on me and some people even think I look like Angelina Jolie. so I don't get why he would rather be with a skank who puts out, than be with a pure, beautiful girl like me?
Why do you think he left? and yes, I have a good personality, he said I was the sweetest girl.
By the way, he still contacts me on msn sometimes 'just to say hi' but I don't see his point when he dumped me?

Say that you get to know this girl over the phone/nt and you really get along.You schedule to meet her;you agree that she will be wearing a red shirt.so you walk in to the restaurant and you see two girls over with a red shirt over at the area where she said she would be.one look like jessica simpson the other looks like tha charater ugly betty.which do you go to first?

Then same thing happened as before but his time you see that the jessica s. is with someone, but he was in the bathroom or something and just sat back down with her would you go with the ugly betty type girl?
