i have not really wanted the gay scene but feel lonely and have low self esteem and find it difficult to know where to go to meet new gay friends/possible relationship. need ideas clubs/networks as feel very isolated and have few friends

Right now there are 3 girls that are coming around. I'm pretty sure at least one of them is attracted to me. Maybe more. My problem is that I am painfully shy. Making the first move is scary to me. I know it's a fear of rejection, so thats not what I need to hear. I'm looking to the ladies (or guys in the same situation), to give me some tips on when is the best, most comfortable moments to move in for that first kiss. The best way to make the first move. there is one lady in my hood and she is my friend, she have got my phone number and i have her's, she always sent me nice an sweet messages but i don't reply her back.

Every guy i have ever dated has "fixed" themselves right in front of me. Once i was at dinner with one guy and he did it the whole date. Then the guy i'm interested in now did it at school underneath the table. But he shoved his whole hand down his pants and did it. Why do guys flirt with girls that they have no interest in? I have a boyfriend, and there is this guy who has a girlfriend that flirts with me ALL the time. I'm not sure, but he doesn't seem to have any real interest in me, since he flirts with other girls too and he already has a girlfriend. This isn't the first time this has happened to me, so guys....why do you do it?

I really like this girl that I have been working with on a play with now for 5 weeks. We seem to get on really well. She is funny, good personality, attractive and very talkative.
We are now texting each other more than ever, just friendly chat, and she was really disappointed when I did not turn up at the pub last night on time, when I said I was going to be there with my friends. I was just very busy, and turned up later when she had gone home.

I really like her - but don't know if she likes me. Do I tell her. I don't know really what to say. I don't want to make it awkward for us both over the next few weeks when we are doing our touring performances.

I am deeply in love with a girl I have never gone out with her unfortunately. i told her i like her, but she rejected me which makes me very depressed. The reason is she already in love with another guy. Also sadly, that guy doesn't like her at all. She and me fall in a similar situation. But she still doesn't like me. Do i still have chance? What should i do? How to make her like me? Should i wait for her?
The problem is after i told her i like her. She doesn't want to talk to me like ignoring me. She seems will love her guy forever.
i think my brain will never stop thinking her. i can't control myself. she is the one i want to share my life with.
