I am 26 this year, and he is 38. He seems like a player, but I think if he find some1 suitable, he would be a good bf... can you guys give me ideas on how to approach him subtlely to let him know that I am interested in him? As we are in same department, it will be awkward if things dont work out. So please give me realistic suggestions, which wont make me awkward even if things dont work out. I just want to hint subtle to him and let him be aware of my feelings for him... And I am quite a shy girl too...

I really like this girl, and she kindof likes me, but just as a friend. She doesn't know why she doesn't like me, just that I don't have the "special thing" that makes her jump when she sees someone. What do you think that special thing is?

I've known this one girl for about 2 years....we finally have just gotten together and we get along just great. We are very sexually compatible and we love each other. However, I'm a virgin and she's not....and I'm 8 days from being 19. I have a problem and I'm not sure what to do about it. I know that everything works (you know...the goods). I can get it up the whole time until it's time to have intercourse. I really do want to have intercourse....that's why I'm not sure why I go limp everytime. I might be a little bit nervous....but it's the second night it has happened. Good thing I know other methods of keeping her happy. Alright my boyfriend and i have recently broke up and he has moved on well...last night i went to a football game and saw him we talked for a little while but then his new girlfriend came and he left...well later that night i saw him again and sat close to him and he didnt look at his girlfriend again that night...he stared at me. I really miss him and i wanted to know if this os a sign of him possibly liking me again cause i would love to be with him. If yes then tell me if i should try to get him back.

Fell for a guy in work that i have known for 8 years. He always questioned why we never talked before. Well, i was married until 2 years ago, unhappy ...not knowing what to do....I know for a fact this guy has feelings too. However, i didn't push anything. He is married, one child. Of course there was flirting but not bad. His last day was yesterday. He is moving with family..... It was a hard goodbye to say the least...a couple hugs and then the stare and 'bye' . If i could have clone him I would. He is everything and more that I am looking for in a man. Kind, sincere , fun athletic, funny, handsome. Alot was left unsaid but understood.... I was with my boyfriend for 6 months. He talked about the future, told me he loved me constantly, and called me all the time. Out of nowhere he started pulling away and the phone calls stopped. He told me that he has been too busy with work and cannot give me the time it require to have a relationship. He said he realized he is not ready and does not want to be under the control of someone. He said "I'm not saying this is the end but I cannot do this right now". He told me that there is no other girl and that is not the reason. What does this sound like? I have been crying every day and unable to function.

I think that Iam falling in love with my boyfriend but the thing is he has to leave in 11 months to go to the Air Force and I really don't want to have my heart broken. He will be gone for 4 years and I am young still I am 16 and he is 18, but I think that the both of us are falling in love. I have a guy friend that i really like. he is a huge flirt to girls who love public attention, but thats not me. weve had a couple of serious convos and we chat casually almost every schoolday. he is really busy so outside of school the only times weve hung out are a couple times at football games.
Sometimes we will look into eachothers eyes and i get this REALLY intense feeling and it seems like time stops. i think he feels it too cuz its happened several times and sometimes he will come up beside me and catch my eyes and well have one of those intense moments.
we can totally relate to eachother and out of all of his friends he only has a few REAL friends and told me im one of them. i text him and/or call him a few times a week and he responds like 70% of the time...
He likes this other girl, but he told me he likes a lot of girls...could i be one of them? what should i do? thanx!
