I hope that you have taken a shower, but usally if you are a guy you start to have major body odor which everyone will avoid you, NOT FUN,. Then you will start to look dirty. While you are in the shower I look at it this way might as well wash your hair!

well its best to take one everyday but the best way to tell is when you start to smell something bad and it ends up being you or when people dont want to hang with you or be by you that means u smell bad and need to take a shower i hope that helps
