well..there's nothing really you can do, but are you SURE he doesn't like you? Maybe he does, then in that case, maybe you should ask him yourself if he likes you. Its may become awquard if he doesn't but this is the only way to make sure that he doens't like you. Then if you feel uncomfortable with him flirting with you, you should tell him that you don't like it and that he is giving you mixed signals. So if all fails just stay friends!

What do you mean pretty sure that he doesnt like you back, he must have some motivation for flirting with you. Start searching for said motivation and you will find your answer.

don't retaliate the way he wants you to. Shrug off as much of it as you can by turning your attention to someone else close to him so he gets the point and lays off.
