(with 2 girls) It was over 5 years ago. But how do I get over it? Everytime I look at him thats all I can picture.

Man! Had ANOTHER dream about him again last night. In the dream, he was with me with the understanding he was trying to be with me again -- BUT he was doing his bullshit in the dream ... for example, he got a phone call from some girl and he took it and I was like "WTF? Why would you do that right in front of me?" and he was like "Wow. I've liked her for a long time. cool." This was all similiar behavior to when I saw him last (ex. gawking at every girl that passed and responding to online dating service when I was right in front of him...asshole). So, at least my brain understands that he's horrible and always will be. I just don't know why I can't get it out of my brain to not dream about it anymore. It's been nearly a year now since he showed his 'true colors' and nearly 3 months since it was ended for good. WHY am I still sometimes having dreams about him? It just makes me feel weirdly obsessive the next day. I hate it! When will he leave me subconcious for good?

I am 18 and freshmen in college and i ran into the guy i had a crush on in 8th grade 6 months ago at my brothers 8th grade graduation his sister is in same grade and well we hit it off and have been dating ever since. My ex bf and I brokeup 4months ago and before we even went out he was my bestfriend. He had a childhood crush on me back in kindergarten all the way up til gr.9 where we began to date. He told me that all his other gfs cheated on him and he asked me what I would say if he cheated on me he said this:Yeah we F*cked but u and I make love." I thought that was gross. Anyway our relationship was great when we were 2gether but than we brokeup b/c I cheated on him with this guy who use to be his friend. And nw he likes his other ex b/c she didn't cheat on him. But apparently he's not sure if he still likes her. His ex thinks he likes both of us. And they brokeup a year ago. So do u think apart of him will always love me?

Anyways I noticed things are not going well on the friends Categorie so I'll reask this question here. Okay Halloween is coming up and I want to know what you plan on being. Ladies - here is my situation:

Both of us are in college - she is 19, I'm 21. We have a class together.

I first met this girl that I like for coffee last Sunday - it was our first meeting outside of class. It was the "typical" first date - each of us asking the other various questions to get to know the other better.

It seemed to go okay - she told me via Facebook afterwards that she liked talking to me, and that she wouldn't mind meeting up again sometime.

I have tried to talk to her after class, make chit-chat, etc, and the problem I have is this: She will answer the questions I ask her and respond to things I bring up in conversation - but she won't talk, initiate conversation, or ask me questions!

This makes me feel awkward, because I am the one doing all of the asking/making all of the effort to talk/keep a conversation going.

How can I make her feel more comfortable/willing to talk to me - I want her to be able to ask me things and talk to me about herself too

Here's the deal:I like this guy right and he hasn't exactly told me he likes me but he has been dropping signs that he does,although I know he likes other girls.Everytime we talk on i.m or the phone and we find out we're going to the same place he's like o ok if I see you i'll say hey and he does it's just that he's always talking about doing things with other girls(the ones he likes) and i'm always like well if you're with her then I wont talk to you because i don't wanna start anything and he is always like don't worry about me and her are just friends(even though I know he likes her)and I want you to come and talk to me...theres also more but i'm running out of room to talk but will you just please tell me if he likes me or not or what some of the signs are that he likes me.Thankyou so much if you do!

I have this guy in another country who tells me he loves. Not that I am desperate but all the guys I have met in the U.S were jerks. However, I am not so sure how much this other guy loves me. Okay. There's this guy named micheal AKA nardi. He's my bro's best friend and he told me that he likes me a couple days ago. He's 14 and I'm 12. I like him also. And we want to go out but we both agree i'm too young and he's too old. But there's an even bigger problem. This has been realli weird. This week, both two of my ex's (serious relationships) are now socializing with me. After making the decision to divorce my incarcerated, abusive ex-husband I became involved with his ex-best friend. He has been wonderful to me and my three children. He has helped me to feel good about myself and to regain my self-respect. I have known him for 11 years and he has always had the reputation of a player, but I have always felt he really wanted to just find a girl that was "real" instead of all the dancers and models he dated. He is very much out of my league, I am a plain country girl that spent the past 10 years as a trained dog. He is a wonderful person that loves his 2 kids and will do anything to help people, but he tries to act like he is cold and uncaring. We got very close, very quick. Now he refuses to talk to me because he is convinced I will let my ex back in because he just got out of prison. He told me that we never had anything anyway. I know he cares about me. I am very hurt and at a loss. I will never go back to my ex, he almost killed me. What now?
