My and i where talking and he said out straight "he is still friends with his ex" but he also said don't get me wrong i have no feelings for her " is he telloing the truth?

you're going to have to trust him if you want a healthy relationship. i'm friends with one of my exes, and i really don't have feelings for him. so he could very well be telling the truth.

I dont think you should worry about this. Being friends with ur ex doesnot mean that u still like them. I'm friends with all of my ex's and its not a problem we dont hit on each other or nothing like that we're just friends so i think he's telling the truth.

When people have a relationship together they usually do keep in contact, unless they broke on bad terms.
She is his ex for a reason. That does not mean they can't talk.
