mine are proportional to the eye, but i'm sure they are some odd millimeters off.

How am I supposed to know the answer to that ? Or do you think "all women " will respond ?
Yeah I guess some of the boobs that I know are bigger boobs than others !

Yes, most likely. But, then so do men. The biggest reason would be that a right handed woman may have a smaller right breast because she burns more calories/muscle on that side as opposed to the left side that doesnt get the muscle usage hence its more fatty tissue. While the right may be leaner and more perky...the left may be larger and more fleshy.

generally the left boob is slightly bigger than the right boob but the difference shouldnt be really obvious when lookin at them.

Yes all that I have known do, just as one of your feet is bigger than the other one or one of your n u t s is bigger than the other, think about it!

Haven't been with "all women" yet, I'm working on it though, but I think all that I've been with had 1 bigger!

Not really. I mean, it's completely normal and quite common, but not every woman have that. It's possibly they could grow out the other boob. Weird looking, but normal.

Most of us do.
Sometimes the difference is too insignificant to notice, especially if you're not the owner of the boob.
