Okay. There's this guy named micheal AKA nardi. He's my bro's best friend and he told me that he likes me a couple days ago. He's 14 and I'm 12. I like him also. And we want to go out but we both agree i'm too young and he's too old. But there's an even bigger problem. There's thsi girl named Zoey and she like totally loves micheal!! me, being the stupidest thing ever i was talking to her about me and micheal. she thinks he likes her but he doesnt. she keeps saying he does and its getting to me. i like him alot. but then it hurts when she says that he doesnt. what should i do?

Yall can be the best of friends. When you get a few yrs older then maybe yall can think about stepping it up a lil bit (but i'm not talking about sex ok hun.)
When ever you decide to have sex make sure you speak to a doctor so the doctor can recommend some protection for you. But first even before that you have to make sure you are ready to have sex and its something that you want to do.Remember once your virginity is taken you can't truely get it back. Anyway you & your mate should be tested for VD and HIV before even thinking about sex. Never let a guy say oh don't worry hun i'm clean i care about you i'm not like that. OK. never fall for it even if it is ture always remember things have to be proven whether its true or not. Let him prove that he likes you too. Don't be easy, gullible, or naive.
Anyway sweety i don't think that you should be in a serious relationship cause there is so much to do in life and way too many men out there. I have to tell you alll of this because i don't know who will tell you, If you already know or if your parents have told you. I really care about you, you are someone's child and need information. I have a child of my own hes 10. Hes not even thinking about sex right now but i've told him every single thing that i've told you here.

You are a 12 year old child. Exactly where do 12 year olds, or 14 year olds for that matter, "go out" when they do go out.

If you mean "should I talk on the phone with him and go to a school dance together" then go ahead if your parents don't care.

But at your age, one year difference is a lot. Why spend so much time wrapped up in what some girl says?

I think that you should be worried about some damn school and not about a boy. Honey, you need to realize that boys as well as people in general come and go, and it's just a crush, a phase, a fad. I was 12 once, and let me tell you, boys are nothing but trouble! And it's good if you learn that early on. You have pleanty of time to date and whatnot, and you're soooooo young. If i knew then what I know now, I would've done it differently. But if you insist on "going out with someone", than you need to find someone with less drama.
