There's a new guy in my grade and he takes the same tram (subway) as me home and we sometimes play football or basketball at lunchtime together (with other ppl) i really do like him my frends know and wnat me to tell him. But i think it will ruin the little friendship I have with him rite now. I think he knows, and hes changing a tiny bit. He sometimes fiddles with his watch or jacket or something when hes around me. But then again i dunno how he is without me around. I really dont kno... shud i tell him, take the risk, or let him tell me? wait for him? i really dunno what to do nd i dunno if he likes me... hes kind of ignoring or dodging me a bit lately too... argh im sooo confused...

I not only agree, but I can personally attest to this truth.
I used to be a very fit,lean, and muscular person. I had a 6 pack. I was very confident in myself and it was easy to get dates and command respect from work and people I encountered on a daily basis. Over the past year or so, I gained alot of weight-like 80 lbs! I have definitely noticed that people treat me so much differently since I gained the weight. I don't get the positive attention I once had, and my confidence and energy level has definitely gone down as a result of my weight gain. People say looks don't matter, but I can tell you that they sure do! Personality and character is more important but without initial attraction, a person will judge you based on appearance. Fat is out and thin is in. It will always be that way. Time to hit the gym! See ya!

Do you think everyone needs to go through a stage of singlehood? I've been with my BF for 4 yrs, I'm 21, we've been 2gether since I was 17, he's a lil' older than me. there's this guy who has had a revolving door relationship with this girl of over 10 years, well anyway he is now with someone else and the ex has found out about it. when given an ultimatum between the current and ex, he chose the current, but now the ex is refusing his calls... if he made his choice why is he so sad? is he scared maybe she has shut the doors for good. I think he has cheated on the current girlfriend with the ex before.

I have been talking to this girl at my HS for about 7 weeks and i REALLy like her. but i get the feeling she doesnt like me in a "significant" way. I get the feeling that if i ask her out shell shoot me down but if i wait much longer then ill be left behind.

Help! I have a huge crush on my math teacher. I am in college. I know my math teacher is single. And so far, I've done subtle things to get him to notice me.. I've written him an email saying how much I enjoy his class, and I've even wore outfits that make me stand out. But now, I don't know where to go from here. I know it would be akward if he found out I was interested and he isn't, then I would be embarrassed for the rest of the quarter.. But I can't stop thinking about him and I even miss him! I have known my gf for about a year & 4 months now & we started going out about 2.5weeks ago. I am 18 & she is 16 i have no reason not 2 trust her but it seems like wenever she is out having fun then i tend 2 think that she is doing sumtin dat would upset me. we talk all the time. (i.e before school, recess, lunch, after school, and from about 9 till 12 each night.
