i really like this girl but i just don't know how to ask her out. and i work the nerve up to ask her when i am not around her but then when i see her i just don't do it.
plz give me advice any will help

Practice in front of a mirror. Know exactly what you will say. Remember to relax. If you seem needy or unsure, girls can sense that and then they think it is fun to destroy you.

The trick is not to work up any nerve cause this usually just build up nerves and U come across like a Milton When You Finally Ask.
the very next time you see her, ask her straight out without even thinking, (just plan where your going to go & what your going to do even before you ask)
(Act like it's already a given and you'll have alot more confidence)
Girls submit to a High level of confidence and charisma everytime.
You'd be amazed how much it'll work if you just straight out ask a girl like your just tying your shoes.

Don't make it so complicated. Just figure out what you want to do on the date and make a scenario.
use the phone!
rule #1: the phone is only for INVITING and not for chatting. stick to this rule and you won't be as nervous.
rule #2: write down a script that you're comfortable with... keep it very short... and practice reading it in a very natural way
e.g. "Hey Tracy. How are you doing?
Listen, I've a pizza baking in the oven so I cant talk long.
Are you busy this coming Friday night? (If busy, propose for the next week. If busy again, say bye-bye, hang up, and call again next week)
I was wondering if you'd like to go out to Daryl's party/gokarting/see a movie?
I'll pick you up at your house at 7.00, how's that?
Great, see you Friday night then, I'll pick you up at 7.00."
*HANG UP*
EASY, right? this is what you just did:
-chit chat... make her feel comfortable to talk to you on the phone for a few seconds
-make an excuse for being brief so you don't end up getting too many questions... prevent all possibilities for nervous!
-clear the time
-propose
-confirm
all you need is 5-6 sentences. time your call--don't stay on the line for any longer than two minutes or you're in trouble. INVITATION is INVITATION... details is for D-day. by the way, since you're using the phone you can just READ the script--she won't know and you can't get lost that way.

Chill out...don't be nervous about it. Listen! Be bold and "Just do it". It's not the end of the world if she says no. Just stop her in her tracks next time you see her and say; " Hi! I've been wanting to ask you out and spend some time with you". When she says OK, keep the conversation going, you control it. Set up the time, place, and event for that evening. Remember take control, be the King.
You can do it.....Just do it !!!!

OK so you get nervous that's just fine so does everyone else in the world and the chances are so does this girl.
so instead of trying to complete a huge task like askin her out on a date we will go around it a little
by starting a conversation up and then say "hey we should hang out sometime?"
its not that hard and then if that goes well say "we should really go out again sometime i had a blast" so its not as scary as just being straight forward
