I need to have a conversation with my girlfriend about her table manners. She accompanies me to important business dinners in very nice restaurants and she has a tendency not to subscribe to the ettiquette that I would expect her to. What shall I do?

I am a 39 year old female. I have only had chemistry/sparks with one guy that I dated in my whole life. That was when I was 28 years old. In the years before that relationship and after that relationship, I have had several long term relationships where I had no chemistry, "loving feelings", attraction or even friendship with my boyfriends. My friends and family believe that since I was only in love with one guy that I dated, then love is just not something that is going to happen to me very often in life. I am being encouraged that I should give up on love and marry the guy that I have been dating for 1 year. There is no chemistry, "loving feelings", attraction or even friendship with him either. I am very unhappy when I am around him. Everyone says that I probably will never meet someone that I "click with". They say it would be better to have one empty marriage than a string of meaningless boyfriends for the rest of my life. Do you think I can be happy?

Question about closeness and moving from friendship to more!!!!??????
I have this best friend, I'm a guy, she's a girl, we are 15 and have known each other for 2 years. When we hang out in a group, we are always standing close to each other. We playfully fight with and mock each other all the time. She calls me Reilly, even tho everyone else calls me by my first name and if they call me Reilly she gets anoyed. We are very comfortable with each other. On a couch we sorta lean into each other, anyway, I am pretty sure now that she likes me, an I know I like her, A Lot, so what should I do next? Should I test the waters by hugging her? An arm round the shoulder or waist? Any advice?

Specifically I want to know what I should do next and how.

Also, sholud I make it apparant to her that I am trying to change our relationship?

It seems like the career I wanted never arrived, the education i wanted never happened, there never was a relationship, car or home only cheap rooms and short contracts. So I never got the chance to even think about romance and relationships. Only trying to stay afloat. I'm now 38 and settled in a cheap flat with a NMW job and there's layoffs all over the place and few jobs above £6 within 30 miles. Should I bother dating and trying to start late or just spend my spare £50 a week on CHOCOLATE AND COMPUTER GAMES?

I love him but there is someone who is pulling me away from this love and there is nothing i can do about it . My father is not wanting me to be with him and is causeing me alot of pain. My father is always telling that he only wants sex from me and thats it and that what i feel for him isnt love but infactuation but i know diffrent. I have a online friend studying abroad for last four years.We are close friend but when I got breakup suddenly he told me that he is coming back to our hometown and he likes me a lot!!He showed me enough sign that i have chance with him,so I kinda fall for him.Now,suddenly he told me that he is sharing his dorm room with his best female friend!!whats bothering me is its very normal for him getting physical with his friends.But my point of view is the opposite.Is he telling me all this lies to get me down?Is it posssible that he treating her like a friend and serious for me?

We've been friends for 4 years. When ever we go place and meet new people, they think that we are dating. And other close friends think that he likes me 4 more than a friend. Reasons for questioning his real feelings:
-he comes over my house everyday
-on the weekends he sleeps over and sleeps in my bed
-he knows that i get horny when my a$$ gets hit in a certain place and he does that every weekend when he sleeps over
-he erased every single girl's number from his cell phone except mine and his mom
-he calls me 4-30X a day
-anytime i get a phone call he has to know who called, how i know them, and what we talked about
-he has to know where i am and what i did while we are apart
-when i told him that i was moving out of my parents house and getting MY apartment, it turned to OUR apartment
-i met a guy that i was basically druelling over at a party, the night ended up being a competition b/w the 2 (arm wresling, reps, sit ups, chin ups etc) ...more reasons too..no more room...

I have been with this girl for 2.5yrs. I have been dating her since I was 16, and I am now 19 and very much in love with her. I know that she only had sex with one other guy and it was her first time. They only did it like 6-7 times, and it was always in one position and he never saw her naked. She has assured me that our wonderful sex life is WAY better than it ever was with the other guy, but it cant stop thinking about her with him. I kinda hate that she wasted her first time on someone she did not even date or love, it was a friend. I just cant stop getting bothered by it. And I drive by his house every day, so I have a constant reminder of the actions that took place between her and him.

Am I normal for letting it bother me so much, or should I find a way to let it go? I always have talked to my girlfriend about it, and she always finds ways to make me feel better about what happened, but I am still bothered.

this is about my x boyfriend of 2 years.

he dosen`t call he just shows up whenever he wants , and i just found out that he only comes around when he dosen`t have a grilfriend, he trends to come over or around between his girl friend it seems he only comes around when he dosen`t have a girlfriend.

when he gets a girlfriend i don`t see him or hear from him.

but when he breaks up with his girlfriend he starts coming around again.

I've been dating this really nice guy for exactly five months, he stays at my house alot and we seem a perfect match,but he has never said one word about how he feels for me !!
