You have to do whatever you need to do to be happy, I know it sounds stupid for me to say this.... but.... I want to be happy too. I get stuck in the the scheme of life, only thing that keeps me moving is the knowledge that my life is my own and I can do what I want. Don't listen to crap answers that you will receive, just do whatever you want to do that makes you feel happy.
Hope this helps.....

Young man romance is far from being dead.
1st.: What is it you really like to do? Then go out and get that type of work-even if you have to take a few courses to really learn it.
2nd: Once you that that job then you will start feeling better about yourself and everything else will start falling into place.
Drop the sweets and PC games and step out doors-life is way too short to let it slip by.
3rd: Volunteer for something or join a group of some sort but get out of the house. Let folks know you exist and show them through your actions that you are happy with yourself.
Not having a car, home, or even a great job is NOT the point. The point is you. Relationships don't always fall in you lap sometimes you have to shake the tree(s).

hey hey hey hold on it is never to late to start dating 38 is NOT old, better then being 50 and over, yes many people seem that their lifes have passed away working, but at the end of the day, u need to get yourself out there, go to the gym, thats around £20 per month, go online to myspace and other socialiing networks, or if you feel the net is a dodgy place to socialise, go shot some pool, every friday where you will meet people, go to the pub, talk to your neighbours, start a course at college or uni, its never to late for that, maybe move from where you live so your paid wht you deserve, build up your money and go travelling, i no its easier said then done, but why not start to change your life now! doing all of the above will help you meet new people of both sex, and hopefully you will find love "its never too late" may sound like a cliche but thats coz its true. good luck mate

Get rid of the sword and armour. Get some training move area and get a better job. 38 and still a virgin hmmmmm spend your £50 on a cheap hooker. That will at least solve one problem.
I bet you live up north. I always thought that northern girls were easy. Buy them a couple of pints and a deep fried mars bar and they are anyones.
For gods sake man, sell you computer ( delete all your porn first ) and do something. You are damn right you have left it a bit late to start now.
Good luck. Oh and a bit of advice train to be a plumber or sparkey and move to essex, knickers seem to just fall off for a tradesman in essex. Hehe

How do you be attentive to he isn't mendacity? How old are you? somewhat in all probability he's mendacity. And if no longer - how come you are the 1st to him. And so. properly, some human beings could be virgins of course yet whilst he quite has no longer desperate until ultimately now, I doubt he will come to a determination purely now. So be arranged for that too. I lots doubt he quite is a virgin. I lots DOUBT. If he quite is although - cope with him generally. LOL

Im 38 and a virgin too, altho not the job and lifestyle i wanted was just looking for the right man. It dont work like that unless you are very blessed.
Good look in your search but romance is certainly not dead, only if you allow it to be buried beneath the search for other things

you need to be more positive for a start! Money's not everything, and hey, at least you're single with a chance of meeting someone if you put yourself out there...most men your age have loads of baggage and mess trailing behind them which can mess up relationships.
Join a night class or something, it's a good way to meet people, or spend more time down your local. And don't play so many computer games - you men are such boys with those things!!
Good luck

I love chocolate and computer games too, so I know what you mean.
Your real problem is your work situation. Is there some class you can take after work to help you get a better job?
