I am 21 years old, and still a virgin...My friends dont even know I am...Its not that I am afraid, I just have a problem approaching girls..people tell me that I am a good looking guy, I am just really shy and passive. Am I lame? what can I do? any suggestions would be great. I am in the military and stationed in hawaii...kinda busy..and I am underway for 6 months out of the year. thanks in advance...Mike

I've been with my boyfriend for 10 months. We're both in love. We are both 21. He is Mexican and I am Armenian. We are not from the same nationality. That does not bother us; however, my parents made me break it off with him when we were 2 months together. However, ever since then we have still been talking. If my parents find out I will get kicked out of the house because we come from different backgrounds. We get along great. I come more from a higher class family and he comes from a lower class family. My friends and coworkers dont like it b/c he is Mexican. That doesnt bother me. I feel confident being with my boyfriend but since everyone is so against it and are negative I feel lost, alone, extremely depressed, and sad. I wanna know what you guys think of this? Dating different race is not a problem for me. He treats me sooo great. I love him soo much. Thank you for helpin me with your suggestions. Im just really depressed n need help from others.

I was getting involved with my friends old girlfriend (who he cheated on, and currently has a girlfriend). He got pissed at me, and I thought her and I should still try things. We did, but I came to realize that this girl and her old boyfriend (my friend) still talked, and that she has feelings for him, and that he constantly tells her how messed up it is that I dated her. Well, we just broke up because I told her to decide if she wants to talk to be with him, or me. She said she was confused, so I said I don't wanna be with someone who's confused. WHAT DO I DO???

I moved out of our apartment a couple of days ago into a place by myself and I changed jobs because we worked together. It's nice to have my own place because I have always wanted to but always ended up living with other people. Maybe it's because I haven't quite got it all set up yet so it doesn't really feel like home but the last couple of nights I have been really sad. I was with him for over two years and we did everything together and now that he is gone, it's like I don't know what to do with myself. We have a lot of common friends and because they were more guys, I feel like he has claim to them so I feel like I've lost a lot of people that I thought were my friends. Changing jobs was hard too because I don't know anyone there either. I know it is good for me to be independent and learn to depend on myself but starting over like this when so much has changed is something I have never had to go through. And it sucks. Any advice on how not to get down and miss him?

A girl in my grade had her sweet 16 tonight. Quite a few people were fairly drunk and before we all left we would go up to her and say thanks for having us come see you monday. I thought i was acting crazy so when i left i said sorry for acting crazy i am a little drunk. Is that the right thing to do or is it a pansy thing to do?

I think im too ugly .. yes i am fat too.. some of my friends said that i dont have that approachable look.. have an annoyed and angry face i mean thats normally i look like.i mean i cant be going around smiling to everyone. and other this is that .. i definately prefer asian male of my race but seem they dont even look at me... arghh.. but sometimes when im overseas i get approached but caucasian or black men ( i practically ignore them) ..not that i dont like it( yes do feel flattered at times) or being racist but sometimes its easier to be with someone of the same background den going outside yr own race to avoid this family/religion thingy.. get what i mean ??

im currently a high school senior and my school's homecoming dance is in two months. ive never really had a date for anything and i'm beginning to think that there's something wrong with me. i mean, i wouldnt call myself drop-dead gorgeous or anything, but a lot of people comment on how pretty i am. i hope i dont sound vain but im not bad-looking. i'm nice, easy-going, and friendly, so i dont understand how i can never get a date for anything. and the thing is, there are a couple of guys at school who always look at me and try to act loud and cool when i'm around, but they never ask or do anything! i just feel sad that while most girls will probably have dates, ill be stuck at home on prom night. i could always consider the option of going to prom or homecoming stag...ill just hang out with my friends. but chances are, boys will most likely ask them and ill just be another extra wheel. answers would be appreciate :)
