Ladies, what is the best way to approach you? I find it so hard times to find the best way to do it without embarassing myself. What would turn you on to guy in his approach?

Im looking for some great excuses for not showing up at work. Ones that they are going to actually say, like "Yeah, I hate when that happens or, OK i Understand"
Keep in mind dat im only 16 and i cant drive yet

I asked my casual lover/bf (I've asked questions about him before on here) about financial advice, because I want him to know I'm trying to take charge of my finances & be clear of debt before I move out of my parents home again, keeping in mind that's thinking of transferring his job back home...hint hint. So I want him to realize that I'm trying to be smart about my future.
Anyways, so I called him earlier, & left a message asking for his advice (left it at that) Then he called back, but I couldn't talk at the time so I called him back later. He answered, I asked him if he still was thinking about transferring but he doesn't know yet..which is GOOD...but he would definitely let me know what decides. Well I proceeded to ask him for advice, telling him that I'm almost paid off on my student loan, & car loan & move out sooner. Then he said he'd get back to me because he was at the store. So I don't what he thinks after all that, but if he doesn't call back soon, I'll be disappointed!

i've been told that the guy i like, likes me back. but not with real proof. my friends just think its obvious becuase we flirt and stuff. (see my previous question). so rumor has it this guy likes me. I love my boyfriend wit all my heart and will do anything, and i do anything, for him. He is everything that a woman could want in a man. He is so good lookin that you can jus bite him. he is so respectful and charming. He is not one of those guys that you think is too nice because he don't take no stuff, he's everything that i've ever wanted, but why is it that from time to time i flirt with other guys who wanna be with me thru phone conversation. i don't like the way that it makes me feel and i don't wanna hurt him by doing it. I know many will say jus stop, but its not that simple

ok. so i know it's wrong, but please, i don't want to hear any moral bs, just real opinions. My boyfriend travels a lot for work, and is horrible with the cell phone. I feel like he ignores me when he is away, and from our last conversation, it seems he even tries to (he needs his 'space', has to work, needs to think, etc.) I don't feel I'm asking for too much to talk to him to see how his day was, and to talk about mine while he's away. I am, however, pretty understanding, and if he needs his time away from home to unplug, then i'll give it to him. So my dilemma is, what do I do to keep myself from going insane wondering what he's doing? My answer is, have an innocuous, flirty affair with a guy who is fully aware I am commited to someone else! this way, nobody's hurt, my bf can have his 'private time', I can have someone who pays attention to me as well as having a distraction, and we are all happy! this makes sense to me....what do you think?

I met this really cute guy on my Alaska cruise this summer. For the teens on board therre was a prom and a bunch of teen stuff. The guy asked me to the prom and he was my boyfriend on the cruise and gave me his hoodie. For about two weeks he called me each night and we talked. Last weekend was our 2-month anniversay and i thought he'd care. But he hasn't called me in 2 or more weeks. Did he think we just had a summer fling?

Me and this girl dated for about 4 months, and we broke up about 2 weeks ago, and its still bothering me. Which this is nothing like me... About a week ago i asked her back out and she said she would think and since then I've asked her occasionaly but she never answers exactly. She says she loves me and wants to be with me but when i ask her for real she says she needs to think.Last night i asked her again and she told me she likes me some days but doesnt like me others but she wants me to wait a couple days then ask her. My bf and I have been going through this dilema for about the past week. Where he wants to move to NC at first he said he wanted me to go, but not right when he went because he didnt want to wait two months for me to go because of job, bills, etc related things. There is no reason for him to go so soon, NONE. He could wait for me, he just said he didnt want to. Then after an argument a day later he turned to me in the car and said he wanted me to go with him because he would miss me way to much and that he loves me. Last night he was talking about moving to a smaller apartment for now, and I thought it was because we could save more money to go together, then I find out today, its so he can get his deposit for the apartment to take with him. Now hes saying he never wanted me to go at all, telling me he only said he wanted me to go so I wouldnt b%^ch at him before going. He seems to switch to me not wanting to go when we argue, when we are fine again, he wants me to go. Wtf is going on?
