just cuz he stares at you doesnt mean he likes you, just because he kisses you doesnt mean he likes you, and if he tells u he likes you doesnt mean its true...n hes staring at you,,,hummmmmm, i say u take out your mirror and check for food in your teeth.lol no really,only can know what to do, because if someone stares at you that really dont mean a thing, maybe he has a problem..hummmmmm who knows
